My wife and I came here for lunch. We placed our order at the kiosk. Well, we received our order, and we got regular tacos when we ordered Supreme tacos. I took it back to the counter. I explained my concerns to the manager , and she says it is on the bottom, I’m like, what? Well, that’s how we do it now. I said, “Where’s the sour cream and tomatoes? She looks at me like I was stupid. She then says, “What is your name on the order? I told her, and she pulled up my order and showed me that I purchased Supreme tacos, I said that’s what I said, and this is what we got instead. The other employees fixed it before she could comprehend what’s going on. Then, the cinnamon twist we ordered had very little in the bag with no cinnamon on them. I am very disappointed and will not go back because of this and her.

Writing a review because I am extremely upset and disappointed with the customer call center support and the store , I’m visiting Bel Air on Work I DoorDash food because I have to because I cannot get a lunch break. The food quality was insanely Disappointing fries were dumped in the bag seasoning all over the place cheese all over the bottom of the bag literally about to break my DoorDash order didn’t even come with a drink. I definitely blame the store for this quality and not the Dasher , when I called DoorDash/Taco Bell Support, they said it would take seven days for my refund to come in now. I only had enough money just to DoorDash today so I will not be eating today. Thanks to Taco Bell so thanks for that. You guys can really ruin my day

Let me be clear: I don’t place Taco Bell orders—I submit quests. My order is the kind of thing that makes cash registers sigh and printers pray. Customizations? Oh, I bring custom-i-nation. Extra cheese, no lettuce, swap this, add that, sides of every sauce like I’m stocking an apocalypse bunker. I’m basically building a taco kingdom one packet at a time.
And THIS Taco Bell? They don’t just handle it. They nail it. Every. Single. Time. No missing items, no forgotten sauces, no sad, lonely tacos. Everything is hot, fresh, and so precisely made you’d think Gordon Ramsay was back there rolling burritos with Michelin-star passion.
The staff? Calm as queso. Friendly as cinnamon twists. I could order a Crunchwrap with a side of emotional support and they’d probably make it happen. I’ve thrown them orders that look like riddles—and they serve it up like Taco Bell royalty, no questions asked.
I genuinely believe there’s a tortilla wizard in the kitchen whispering, “Not today, mistakes. Not today.”
To whoever runs this place: you are the Supreme in Supreme Taco. You are the keeper of the sauces. You are the reason I Live Más and Love Más.

The customer service at this restaurant lacks common sense, patience, and respect. Having to repeat myself several times, when I’m speaking loudly and clearly is frustrating, as well as being cut off whilst talking. I get my food, and it was missing the sour cream and everyone knows it’s damn near $1. Of course I’m even more frustrated now, so I go inside to ask for a manager from an employee whose name is “Karen”, she rolled her eyes as she was turning around to grab the manager. The manager asks what wrong I tell her my burrito is missing sour cream which was paid for, shown her the receipt then I asked for a refund, I decided I just don’t want the rest of the burrito at this point. She steps to the side to call her store manager, they don’t answer. So she took a picture of my food, and then the receipt, sends photos to her store manager and I had to wait for their conversation to end before getting a response. I was then told, I cannot be issued a refund because I had eaten 1/2 of the burrito, all they could do was remake it. Now I’m even more frustrated because I have no choice in the matter of continuing my business at this Taco Bell location, where I told “Karen” through the intercom what I wanted, and she failed to make sure my order was made correctly the first time, now making it my problem because I didn’t check my food before I ate it. Something I shouldn’t HAVE to do.

Side note, this is not the first time I have had issues at this location with the employees and their communication and attitude. It has happened enough times that it’s now putting me into the position to leave a bad review and the decision to never come back to this location.

Solid Taco Bell. Burritos were pleasantly filled to max capacity. Lose a star because they specifically asked me what sauce I wanted and then specifically forgot to give me any sauce.

Any time I order a grilled chicken burrito I end up with ground beef instead. I really dislike taco bell’s ground beef. If they don’t have any chicken then they should say something instead of replacing it with ground beef. On top of that my nacho fries half the time have zero nacho seasoning. Honestly fed up with it.

Good quality food for the dine-in eating, but only 2 self checkout kiosks and no workers on register. This made for a slow start to lunch.

I usually go to this place two or three times a week… But lately they been slipping for real. On top of missing multiple food items on consecutive trips… One night, I go inside, get my order… I get home and go to eat it when… Well… Look at the photo. Are you freaking kidding me? And when I put in a complaint online, I never hear back. So what’s the point? The food is usually on point… If you actually get it. But it’s a gamble for sure.

Order was accurate and food was good. Knocking off a star because they forgot to give us sauce that we asked for.

I can’t really say I love the atmosphere but from the outside, it’s pretty good to me…The two middle aged ladies, like myself, that has served me the Mexican pizza gave me definitely enough packets of hot and mild sauce together that I was able to enjoy the entire pizza. I am so grateful for that, thank you ladies! I wanted to bring a fact up to the younger generation once back in the mid too late 80s the Mexican pizza was AKA a pizzazz pizza and it also included black olive slices on top. Yeah, that was the only difference; since, the Mexican pizza does not include black olives unless you request and pay extra. This is one of my favorites from Taco Bell! I love the Mexican pizza! I’d have a photo, but I couldn’t wait and devoured it with my four packets of hot sauce and the seven packets of mild! Very delicious that way
