We had Sarah as our sever, tonight. To be honest, we’re actually still here, but I could not wait to tell everyone how amazing this food and service are!!! Tonight we had the chips and salsa ranchera, and the green salsa that Sarah suggested, AMAZING! As our appetizer we chose the fried mushrooms, and paired them with the white gravy. The mushrooms came out hot and fresh. Such a refreshing change from pre battered/frozen mushrooms! The batter alone was so crisp and good, with no taste of dirty/old oil. For our entrees we had the bacon cheese burger, and carne guisada. The carne guisada was so tender and every bite was full of flavor. The cheeseburger was by far the absolute best burger that I have eaten, with its homemade perfectly seasoned patty, to the thick and cooked to perfection bacon. The onion rings had a great texture and clean crunchy batter. We are from Harlingen, Texas but would drive out of my way to come here again. Clean, beautifully decorated restaurant!

The waitress was nice and attentive, and the food was decent, but geez are you charged for everything. For 2 people we were close to $50 for 2 burgers, 2 fries (additional charge) the burgers do not come with fries, and 2 teas ($4 each basically) and a candy bar at the front that didn’t have pricing was $8! And then a tip. The burgers were flavorful and all but got soggy quick and the fries are frozen crinkle cut. Nothing special about them to be charged an extra $3 for fries. Receipt says drinks were 24 ounce but were closer to 16

We had a great dinner. My Chicken fajita quesadillas and husband’s steak were great. I loved that they brought chips and salsa. They had a big screen to watch the game.

Came during peak, dove season and the place performed flawlessly! Massive TV (~9’H x 22’W) was a perfect place to watch an important college football game.
The waitstaff was great! Very attentive and one server covered our group of 12 ppl perfectly. Solid Tex Mex food!!! Great place!!

The food was good, the service could have been a bit better. They brought the skillet of meat 1st then 5 minutes later the utensils, plates, tortillas, and no salsa had to get up and ask for that. Could also never bring me crispy tortillas..the second attempt was worse than the first. Waitress was polite.

The shrimp cocktail had good flavor but very watered down ,not enough shrimp. On the other hand the micheladas were excellent. Small glass but otherwise perfect taste.

The service here was great, but the food didn’t quite match the price. I ordered the ribeye and grilled shrimp for $40, expecting a higher-quality meal. Unfortunately, the steak was way too chewy with a lot of gristle, which made it disappointing. The mashed potatoes weren’t bad, and the salad was just okay. If I were to come back, I’d definitely order something different. Decent experience overall, but not quite worth the price for what I got.
