Food was hot and well made as well as kind customer service. There was a lady who was on top of getting everyone’s meals-to-go in order, and she was doing a great job. The ladies in the back was also friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. Would like to come back in the morning sometime to enjoy the view.

13DEC.2024 Service was fast, proficient, and professional. This spot is bustling with many people from all over. The music is good and customers are friendly.
The display of snacks are arranged beautifully and appetizing. The building inside and out is clean at all times.
Picking up is quick and easy. I had no problems.

I hav been to this place over the years and this last trip Dec 2025 was the worst. My best friend and I loved coming to this location for the fireplace on a cold day. It used to have a nice sitting area around the fireplace – that is gone and I am pretty sure the fireplace is broken. The floors are disgustingly dirty with trash but what is worse, the walls are caked with mess! It is as if no one has cleaned this location for months. The final straw was when I self ordered hot chocolates. Went to the window and they were frozen drinks. We attempted to correct thinking there may have been a mix up but the woman behind the counter said, “oh, the machine is broken…” a bit confused at what she meant as it is steamed milk and chocolate syrup we asked again for hot chocolate to which she responded with the same “machine is broken”. Realizing I was going to get no where with this I walked away loosing 12$ for 2 drinks. Next time I will just go to Starbucks.

Stopped here for lunch and to meet up with a friend halfway. It wasn’t busy for a 11:30am lunch. It was clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Good location with plenty of parking. They provide curb side pick-up which is convenient. I usually order the same entree (Pick-2). My chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was more of the burnt side and didn’t have that real kick of the chipotle which I’ve previously had other Paneras. If it was so windy it would have been nice to sit outside which there are plenty of spots to sit and people watch.

Not a bad Panera location, though it can get a little crowded through the morning rush. The lobby is spacious, the self service stations are easily accessible, and the service overall was quite prompt. They also have a pretty good setup for curbside pick up for ordering ahead.

Now open for dining in, this is a good place to take a break from shopping and get out of the heat. Tables are marked for social distancing. My turkey and avocado sandwich was really good, but next time I’ll order half a sandwich if I’m going to also order soup. The cheddar and broccoli soup was thick and delicious. Their pastries are excellent, especially the bear claws.
