It was a Wednesday evening. A perfect night for dinner at the Angry Crab.

The staff was awesome and eager to serve. Not sure why it took the food so long to prepare.
Salmon bowl was delicious…Salmon a bit over cooked..but what do you expect

Butterfly shrimp – plentiful
Hush puppies – good
The IPA was good

Tipped too much..she was slick about giving me my change….bext time I will ask to break the $20 bill

Out of everything except excuses.
13 of us went out for my wife’s bday dinner. Almost all of us had never been here before. The server could barely explain how things worked. Once we got food ordered, the first order wasn’t enough food for everyone, so the server’s help was pretty much pointless. We ordered a second bag of crab legs and asked for crackers/scissors to open the legs and lobster tails. There server tells us they don’t have any because they’re so busy. Mind you, the restaurant isn’t even half full. While being mind blown we’re basically told to open crab shells and lobster shells with our hands, we order another bag of crab because our server misguided us on the amount for the first order. The second bag took over an hour to receive. And yet another excuse, oh sorry, we had so many boils to do at once. You are in the business of selling boil bags, how can it take over an hour to boil crab legs? As we’re waiting, another customer asked for plates and was handed appetizer/dessert sized paper plates. The customer asked what they’re supposed to do with these, there server said thats all we have and turned around and walked off. Finally after we get our second bag of crab and finish it off, we hear other patrons asking about shell crackers and scissors, so we collect ours and give to our sever to clean and disperse. They immediately rinsed them with tap water and handed them back out. This is the worst place you could eat. Terrible service, terrible preparation and nothing but excuses on how busy they were with a half full restaurant. The manager of this place should be fired and this location should probably just shut down.

Forget our servers name but 2 ladies kept checking on us forgot to take pics but was happy they let me sample the grits before I ordered the shrimp and grits I ended up ordering that and it was good could’ve had a few more shrimp though. Also ordered the sampler appetizer shrimp wings and calamari very good 10 out of 10 my hubby ordered a bag of crab legs shrimp sausage potatoes and corn he loved his meal too. Will be back

Everything was good until the very end! We went for Valentine Day, of course we understand it’s a busy day but there is never a need for bad customer service. The manager Brook was awesome but unfortunately some of her team members were rude with bad customer service. Unfortunately Kailey was very rude at last due to our food missing and receipt being incorrect. For sure a great place to eat just needs more work on their customers service..

Absolutely love this place. They have the best happy hour Monday -Friday 3-6pm and ALL DAY SUNDAY $2.50 Budlight, Coors light and Michelob Ultra. With all other drinks discounted as well. I’m a regular here and the food is amazing. Ayden the bartender always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Only bar I will go to because his customer service is outstanding!!!

Well I have to say im very disappointed at this location for the first time in a long time server had no charisma and my wife’s food had to be sent back twice because it was missing several items off her boil server forgot to put in our order we had to remind him about the food and our drinks horrible service today just might not come here again for that reason only also our server was also talking about us to another server with bad attitude

My husband and I come here pretty often but tonight was very special. Kay was our server and Ashley was the bartender, and both provided exceptional service! They truly went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and great attitudes made the experience even better. Thanks for making our little boy so happy with the lobster.

I have been to several Angry Crab Shack’s around the Valley, and I got to say this is my absolute favorite!!! Danny and Ayden have absolute made our experiences here amazing, from my company’s work dinner, to my personal dinners with my wife. Whom is actually allergic to shell fish! And they always insure that her allergy is taken seriously!! They Put in their system several times and verbally tell the cooks in the kitchen as well EVERY TIME. They always have great conversations and remember us even though we’ve only been a handful of times! Great food, great service and awesome atmosphere! 100% recommended. Come see for yourself and don’t always trust the reviews. They may be for the wrong location.
