I’m honestly shocked this was even sent out. The pizza was burnt—not “crispy,” not “well-done,” but completely charred. The crust was black, the cheese was dried out, and the whole thing tasted like it came straight from a campfire. For the price, this is ridiculous. If this is their idea of “quality,” I’m done ordering here.
We drove half an hour to pick up our order & thats what they served. They didn’t even admit their mistake and the owner hung up on me during the conversation. They don’t accommodate at all. 1/5

3/5 stars. Picture below! I ordered the Pink Pasta penne with grilled chicken to go. And got two slices of pizza while I waited for the pasta for take out. One pepperoni slice and a buffalo chicken. WHY ON EARTH was I given what was clearly a plain cheese pizza, with pepperoni just slapped ON TOP of it??? If you don’t have pepperoni just say you don’t have it. Don’t serve me cold pieces of pepperoni on top of a warm cheese slice. It’s lazy and shows no respect! The Alaeddins pink penne pasta was thankfully veryy good! Came with side of bread and salad. Chicken was nicely grilled. Lots of pasta for the price. Just please don’t pull that type of nonsense on your slices of pizza

I had a very disappointing experience here. The food was honestly terrible. When I opened my meal, I was shocked to find literal hair inside the food. On top of that, the bottom of the food was completely burnt. It was shocking considering how much money I paid for it.
The next day I went back in person. I didn’t immediately complain because I wanted to see if the experience would be the same or if things were just handled poorly the first time. While I was there, I noticed they had drinks for sale and a jar claiming the money was being donated to a foundation that supposedly supports Palestine and helps build hospitals.
I asked the cashier which foundation the donations were going to, and he had no clue. He acted like he didn’t even hear my question. So I asked another worker, and he gave me the name of a “foundation” that honestly sounded completely made up. It was very obvious he knew I could tell he was lying.
Then they brought out the manager. Instead of addressing me, he came out talking to his workers and barely paid any attention to me at all, even though I was the one asking the questions. Eventually he said they would refund my money, but they would not give me any food.
At that point I asked him directly if the reason was because the “foundation” he claimed they were donating to was actually just going into his own wallet. These types of foundations are meant to help and support the Palestinian community and build hospitals, and using that cause for personal gain would be extremely wrong.
Instead of answering, they kicked me out of the restaurant.
Overall this whole experience was very messed up. Between the terrible food, finding hair in my meal, the burnt food, and the suspicious donation situation, I will definitely not be going back. I’m very ashamed and disappointed by how this was handled, and I believe others should be aware before spending their money here.

Alaeddin’s was AMAZING for catering a school luncheon. We ordered online so easily and called to confirm the order. They were so reliable knowing that teachers only had a certain lunch time to eat and arrived exactly on time for the scheduled delivery. The staff loved the food!!! It was a huge success. We will definitely be using their catering services again. Thank you!

I been going here for years . It’s not my first time ordering my food here . Literally I order my spicy chicken sandwich it’s hardly any chicken there . I go to the cashier he said that’s how much we put . That’s a lie . Then when I bite the sandwich it’s uncooked red pepper chicken . Didn’t even give me my refund or called the manager . I told him don’t be ripping people off next time and he said he is not . It’s so rude . Don’t come here and waste your money .
