I went in for a plate I asked for a little extra on top and got bumped up to a bigger plate without even being told about the up charge. 10.50 for enough to barely cover the bottom of the tray isn’t worth it all I wanted was an adequate amount of food

Ordered two plates at drive through At 11:16am. They didn’t have any Mushroom chicken and asked if I’d like to wait while they cooked some, pulled to the front of the store to wait. At 11:22am our food was done and the same young lady who took my order brought our food out. She was very polite and the portions have always been consistent. No, the food isn’t going to be packed to the brim of the container like thanksgiving leftovers, but there is plenty of each item for what you pay. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the staff has always seemed pleasant and the food consistent. Remember that for every bad review there were probably hundreds of perfectly normal experiences, but people barely ever leave reviews unless something went wrong.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a tall handsome looking guy named aian, he gave me amazing food and plated it beautifully, so generous I tipped him and him and his big heart donated it to charity instead. Never in my 30 years of getting fast food from panda I had customer service like aian provided.

I went through the drive through at about 6pm last night . The 2 guys at the window were nice but once I drove the 45 min home I opened it up and realized my bowl had barely anything in it. It wasn’t even halfway full and there was barely any honey sesame chicken in it.

. I just ordered orange chicken and some chow Mein noodles. Got a few pieces of raw chicken. As you can see . I know it’s really hard to know if chicken is all the way done sometimes but you’re serving this to people. You have to make sure things are safe before you serve it so people don’t get salmonella, food poisoning, sick.

Update: decided to try them again today 3 years later. Rudest drive through order taker. She obviously doesn’t understand the customer is the reason she has the job and not the problem. Repeatable just kept saying chow mein or fried rice (I wanted super greens) in a rude tone. Then exasperated why I wanted a big order. I guess just avoid this one.

Order $72 of food and got 6 tiny boxes. Half filled with 2 different things. My hand covered 3 of the boxes. The kicker, they mixed the sides in one box which is fine if you’re not vegetarian. I’m vegetarian . Called and so disappointed with response

I placed a on-line “Catering” order for my Team at work and originally the time said that my order would be ready by 12pm. After submitting the order it showed that my order would be ready for pick up at 1;15pm. This wasn’t going to work for our lunch time. I called the store order and the young lady who answered was very kind and professional. I called to cancel my order, but after speaking with the cook she informed me that my order could be ready for pick up by 11:30am. I arrived at the store at 11am, and I met Beto the Manager and he assured me that my order would be ready as promised. Always a pleasant experience when I got to this location.

Well here we all are, with the same complaints on repeat. Nothings changed.

Waited 20 minutes for one of the three entrees on the plate via drive through.

Had to eventually go inside to ask for my food.

They had substituted the one item with double of an item already available and then just let me sit for 20 minutes until I came and asked for it.

They don’t care, management doesn’t care and corporate will never read these reviews.

The money is going to have to do the talking. I’ll save mine for somewhere else. The list continues to shrink. No accountability in sight.
