Listen to the other reviews before you go here! I went once and never again will I give this location my money. The coffee was extremely burnt and there was a lot of coffee grounds at the bottom. Staff was really nice and I’m sure they would’ve remade it no problem but I made the mistake of not trying it until I got home. I really enjoy Starbucks so I know it’s the location and not the actual coffee itself. Please make this location better or open a new location more towards central Bixby.

Ordered an expresso with whipped cream and drizzle, did not receive my full order. Every starbucks i’ve went to, during peak time, hasn’t given me an issue. The wait times are understandable because everyone and their mom wants starbucks so i can see how them being busy led to my drink being messed up but it’s still a mess up nonetheless.

I ordered a medium roast with vanilla and sweet cream. It was so bitter it was like espresso. The cup was leaking when they handed it out the window. The server even said it was leaking on her. The seam on the cup was failing and it had been overfilled.

I love Starbucks….it’s my second home BUT what the heck. I went in today for a grande pumpkin cream cold brew, I literally was handed a grande size cup full of sweet cream with pumpkin on top, no coffee in that cup. Saying something, never works, I tried. Is that a cold brew? yes, it’s just mixed up. OK, drive away knowing it was wrong, then I took a sip, yep straight up sweet cream!

This location is really going down hill. I would say 80% of the time my iced drinks are made hot or my hot drinks will be made iced.
If you order for pickup or drive thru and they’re out of food or bread that you’ve ordered, they will sub it with no question asked. One time they substituted my vegan sister’s falafel pocket with the chicken pocket instead. Then today without any knowledge they swapped a valentine cake pop for the regular.
Like maybe ask first and see if we’re okay with that?
Oh and don’t go to any form of management because they are extremely rude and act like their mess up is an inconvenience.

The wait for the drinks was way too long for there to not have been a single customer before us. Seemed like they were more worried about their conversations than making the drinks. Once I got my drink after waiting I then left & tried my drink as I’m going down the road and it’s bland! I love Starbucks but this one was so disappointing.

I received my cappuccino and it was not even half full and had none of the add ins or toppings, and they were out of the items I wanted originally and did not even offer me a different drink or a substitute they just proceeded to give me a less than half empty drink that was not even close to my order nor did they add any sweetener or syrup when I specified I wanted it to be sweet or have syrup!!

Called to get a refund since they only filled my cup HALF WAY (the rest is foam) and they told me NO REFUND but they could remake it if I drive alll the way back up there. Like no I ordered on the app to make this process quick and head straight to work RIDICULOUS I don’t have the time nor patience. Gas is $4.10 I’m not driving up there just for them to do it right the second time. Very disappointed in this location.. NEVER ORDER ON THE APP if you do check your items before you leave. My tea was also not filled up all the way it was a quarter empty just not as bad as this cappuccino.
