i just went to the one that’s closest to my job, most of the time when i go there, it’s easy to get service. but this particular night i went i drove up to the drive through and the male answered, i said my order and then he replied with a “man, go home bruh” and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have “no whopper buns or any buns with seeds” which was fine, it’s just the fact of the first thing because i understand if you didn’t have any buns, but the first part was so unnecessary.

Absolutely dismal customer service. The lady who took my order (infinity tattoo on the right side of her neck) was slow, rude, and incompetent. She got my order wrong. Didn’t say “thank you” or offer to help/take my order. All I got was “go ahead” and “what you got?!”. If I ran this restaurant I would fire her yesterday. Why on earth would I spend casual dining prices on lousy food, the wrong order, and unacceptable service. Never going again.

I think if they need more people I mean they really didn’t even notice that we were in there for a few minutes cuz they were busy talking to each other and nobody was at the counter but it look like there was only three people working they messed up the order nothing major just gave us Whopper Juniors instead of Whoppers fixed it and everything was good just need a couple more people in there

Keeps getting orders wrong! Never answers the phone rude costumer service and will not make the order right Even when I went back with the receipt saying you have to speak to a manager! Well how am I supposed to do that when there isn’t anyone there but one person working! and forget about calling because they are not! going to answer the phone! $97 dollars worth of food with 2 meals being made wrong! Plus they serve old!! hard!! fries at night.

Got my whole order wrong repeated the order back to me & still got it wrong at the window had to come back because they didn’t put what I ordered in the bag which was two things seen it was me just gave me the one thing they missed & just shut the window blew the horn so I can get my other stuff but they just ignored me ♀️ ♀️ never again will not be back

I go to Burger King on Walton Way 2-3 times a week. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant in downtown it’s hard to beat a 100 health score. Quantana and her to team are allows welcoming and take care of their customers every time I dine in. Tim one of the workers I’ve never seen anyone hustle and get the job done like he does. Ra’Mesha is one of the best also. She’s always smiling and ready to help whoever is in need. It all starts with the boss keep up the good work. Always satisfied!
