The food and drinks could be better. Our first visit to this location was disappointing due to customer service. We were told they couldn’t accept a $100 bill, though there was no signage stating this. When I mentioned that it should be displayed, the employee shut the drive through window. Clear communication and a more respectful approach would have made a big difference. Definitely sticking to the Pearland ( Silverlake) location.

Beware of ordering ahead. When I picked up my order (placed online 30 min ahead), both bowels were completely melted. They had obviously been left out on the counter from the time I placed my order. Flavor was good. Disappointed that it was açaí soup.

This location is by far outstanding ! From their cleanliness, to their customer service. The owner was there and had enough time to make us feel extremely welcomed by giving us a recommendation and sample . They go above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!

We normally just do the drive through. Smoothies are very good. You can customize the most food options to fit dietary needs. Reasonable pricing for the amount of food you get.

Do not go here. Quality has significantly decreased. Went to get a mixed berry bowl, which I’ve a thousand times before. It was like a bowl of slop. Thrown together. There wasn’t any honey on it.
My mom had to give her drink back and get a refund. It tasted bitter ; the whole thing almost spilled all over her when the top came off. When my mom asked if it could be fixed, the manager was very nonchalant. She responded “If I remake it, then it’ll taste the same”.

I came here today to try tropical smoothie for the first time ! I can say I had such great experience. Very fast. I had the blueberry bliss smoothie nutrition , which was very tasty & yummy. I also had the Thai chicken wrap . It was to die for. Customer service was amazing & the quality of the food was outstanding! I will definitely be coming back soon.

I ordered for pick up on 6/9. There was no receipt on my bag and I see why. I ordered extra ingredients which cost extra MONEY. Didnt get any of the extra avocado or hummus. Didn’t even get close to what I paid for, my wrap is suppose to have all the ingredients listed in it and instead they put a hot sauce in it, rice and some lettuce. Hot sauce isn’t even on the ingredients that go into the wrap. I would love to make a complaint on their official website but I’m missing my receipt that has all the information to make a complaint. I want my money back for my almost $20 order that I couldn’t even eat.

It’s tasty…. but if your nutrition label for a sandwich online says 27g of protein per a serving, there should be enough meat in it to reflect that. I got maybe half of what other locations provide.
