This is my first negative review for a stabucks store. We spend significant amount of time and money there. Never ever had much of an issue with the service provided. Regardless, how one feels about the corporate, Starbucks’s customer service has always been top notch. No matter the location, baristas and cashiers will go out of their way to make thing right and to keep you as a customer.
Today (Dec 27th, 2025 at 18:30), we went to get a cup of coffee and some oatmeal. Walked in at 6:40pm, paid for our order, paid the tip (!) for expected good service. As soon as we sat down to eat, one of baristas came to our table and told us that the lobby is already closed and we need to leave (time was 6:47pm). I asked if we could take a few minutes to finish our food. The answer was: “… we’re closed, leave now!” Also, at the time of purchase, they never told us, that the store is closing in 15 min! The baristas acted very rude. We had to throw our oatmeal and pastry away. They even refused to give us a lid for one of our coffee cups! ” I am going to give you anything, we’re closed!”…as mentioned above, I could not believe what I saw… BTW, we’re not homeless, panhandlers or drug addicts.

I had a lot of silly questions about how to place an order in advance. I called at least 3 times, and each time, Ava, the MoD, answered everything thoroughly and with a ton of patience. She made a daunting task much more manageable, and my coworkers and I are all very grateful.

Since when do you have to purchase a drink to use WiFi at Starbucks? In all my years of coming to Starbucks, that has never been a rule.I was quietly sitting in the back doing homework while waiting for my partner to get off work. I wasn’t bothering anyone. A worker literally walked all the way to the back just to single me out and tell me I had to buy something or leave. I explained I already had a drink earlier in the day that didn’t matter mind you this is late afternoon there is maybe 2-3 people including myself

What made it even worse is that I was sitting near managers and other employees who said absolutely nothing, yet I was the one targeted. Being singled out like that was uncomfortable and weird.I was also there for about an hour

And honestly? It costs $0 to let someone exist peacefully. You don’t need to be a slave to corporate rules to show basic human decency, especially when other people are allowed to sit and use the space that made me feel watched and ofc I was the only poc in there This interaction made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed for no reason. Do better and absolutely did not make me want to buy another drink

To the barista with green hair that helped with my order this afternoon: thank you so much for your patience and kindness with me today, I know how it is to work service jobs and I just want you to know I appreciate you sm I embarrassed myself multiple times because I was not communicating as effectively/interrupting while you were talking to the other person in the drive thru, and you met me more than halfway. People like you make the world a better place. And my drink was delicious as always thank you thank you thank you for your grace and I love ur vibe and glasses

I love this Starbucks. This is my home store. My little caffeine church. So this is NOT about the baristas — they’re doing their best. This is about corporate and whatever glitchy chaos they call a mobile ordering system.

I ordered ahead, waited ten minutes, strolled in thinking I was slick… and my drink wasn’t even started. Meanwhile someone walked in after me, ordered like it was nothing, and boom — their drink popped out like they had Amazon Prime for coffee.

So tell me… what exactly is the perk of online ordering? Because right now it feels like the perk is standing around questioning my life choices while my drink is eleven minutes late.

Starbucks charges almost ten dollars for these drinks. Ten dollars! For that price, my latte should appear on the counter already holding my hand. Or at least be ready when the app says it’ll be ready.

I love y’all, but come on. With three baristas, online orders shouldn’t be treated like side quests. Please fix whatever corporate nonsense is going on before I end up writing my name on the cup myself.

This isn’t the first time nor will it be the last.

Ren ( she had yellow hair I believe ) was very rude while fixing my drink, making passive-aggressive expressions that made the interaction really uncomfortable. But I want to give a big thank you to Isabell for being so sweet at the window… I’m sure it was awkward for her to have a coworker act like that. Her kindness really stood out and made the situation better.

Are you kidding me? I usually don’t have problems with this store as it’s the one I frequent the most. However, today this was my drink. Literally filled to the top with ice and a sip of coffee for $6+
Come on Starbucks I know you can do better. And no I didn’t go back to complain. Every time I have done in the past it is met with unkind attitudes. I’ll suck it up but, I’ll order my drink with “light” ice next time.

Starbucks website says they are open until 8. I walked by at 5:45, and the doors were locked. An employee came to the drive through window to me and said that they are open until 8, but only if you have a car to go through the drive through, even though she did say that the lobby was open for another 45 minutes. So the hours listed on their website are off, especially if you don’t find the need to pollute the environment with a car.
