The Last Queen is a gastropub and restaurant located in Enon, Ohio. We’ve turned our expertise on the world of pubs and created one heck of a treat for the locals. This pub flirts with a more restaurant-y theme, while still being more than capable of serving up a decent pint. Speaking of which, ales and microbrews will call to you from behind the bar, while classic pub favorites keep hunger well and truly at bay. This is one of those pubs that has something for everyone – British classics, drinks and more within a rustic tucker setting. Recommended by a fellow meeting attendee, and I’m glad I went. Look for the red double decker bus, and you are close. I sat at the bar, and got to interact with most of the staff. Very friendly, attentive and open to a little conversation. The bartender suggested the fish and chips, and it didn’t disappoint. I also ordered the olive relish starter with crackers- amazing (if you like olives?) Added a Guiness, soaked in the local atmosphere and I was set. Plenty of great British fare to choose from, so I’ll be back! Enjoy!

It gets busy but it’s worth it! We’ve driven by here several times but the parking has always been full (which is usually a good sign for restaurants by the way). We figured a Sunday after the lunch rush would be a good time to try and we’re so glad we finally stopped in. The food is simply phenomenal, all hand made, and you can tell the chefs take pride in their work. At the bartender’s recommendation we had the fish and chips and the steak and stout pie . Amazing, all of it! We’re kicking ourselves for not going sooner. We’ll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

Had a fantastic time at The Last Queen. Wait was fine for a busy Friday because a stop at the bar was encouraged. The staff nearly knew our name by the time we left. The furnishes and little details were so charming. We had the sausage rolls, fish and chips, amd sticky toffee pudding. Everything came out perfect! So excited to share this gem with friends.

Best cosmopolitan I ever had. Service was great. Super atmosphere. Beef is grass fed so its delish. The burger was cooked perfectly. The fried halloumi was incredible!!! The fish was huge just not alot of flavor or seasoning.

Blink as you drive through Enon and you could miss it, but what an absolute hidden gem! Order your drinks and food at the bar and they run it out to you.
Started with an Old-Fashioned and they do it right with the proper cherry and all! And they have Negra Modelo!
Fried Halloumi and Olive Mash were the starters and the Halloumi brought us back to our Europe visit and the Olive Mash was great but definitely needs more crackers. The Fish are huge and all the entrees were so flavorful from the salad to the curry and the Steak Pie. Definitely will be back. Very cool atmosphere but get here quick because tables and the bar fill up fast.

Overview: Very pleasant surprise. I lived in England a while ago and crave certain staples like sausage rolls and meat pies that I just can’t find well done in America. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service was impeccable, and the food was seasoned and elevated. I will absolutely be back.

Atmosphere: the exterior looks a bit rundown, but the interior is clean and modern. Very tight space if the rollup door were to be down, but I went on a beautiful day and it opened onto the patio with more seating. They have fans on all the tables to help with flies, but I had no issues with bugs at all.

Service: all the servers/bartenders I interacted with were courteous. No issues here at all.

Food: for my first visit I got the fish and chips—I haven’t found a good one in Dayton (I did not enjoy Brunch Pub’s) and it’s a good baseline dish. I’ve had crispier fish, but I don’t think I’ve ever had meatier. Very good size filets and good flavor. Fries were crispy and tasted like fresh potatoes. Malt vinegar on all the tables. I saw a few other dishes pass by and I will absolutely be getting the sausage roll next time, it smelled amazing.

Drinks: very very basic cocktail selection, I would love to see a seasonal or craft cocktails list. But the bourbon list was huge, so I did a bourbon flight.

So happy to have found this, it will be a regular stop. They do have a small kids menu, which means I don’t even have to wait for date night to come back.

Unique British themed restaurant in an adorable little town.

Food choices were unique. You place your food order at the counter for quick service. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Outdoor and indoor seating options. The bathrooms were clean, had a changing table, and were well stocked. We went at 8:00 pm on a Wednesday night and it was still busy.

I highly recommend the Shepherd’s Pie!

In a world where most negative is said or written, I wanted to leave something positive for this local restaurant.
Had my first experience here today and was far from disappointed. We had excellent service with kind employees in a restaurant that ran very efficiently. I gathered that the man working behind the bar was the owner, very down to earth and goes over and beyond.I easily recognized that he genuinely cared for his customers and the service they received. Now when you spot this.. because it’s rare these days, you have to speak up when you do spot this.I’ll definitely be back to this over accommodating, fun place!
