Outstanding crew on duty when I visited. I mistakenly ordered at a different Carl’s on the app. The crew gladly took care of my issue and brought my food, no charge in a few minutes. The Red Hook fish sandwich was excellent. Hot and fresh as were the fries. Again my compliments to the manager and crew.

It’s great here! I ordered a double cheeseburger combo meal, it was fresh. I had to head back to campus for something mandatory and didn’t end up checking the burger, and when I was able to go back and eat it, I noticed that it was made with a single patty instead of two. I went back as soon as I noticed, with the receipt and original burger, and the staff was super friendly. The same person that was there earlier re-made the burger for me with no issues hours after I was originally there. Definitely recommend!

I always forget how greasy Carl’s Jr’s burgers are. I ordered an El Diablo Angus Burger without bacon or a bun, and the grease soaked through the box. Not a huge deal, but… Yeah, not ideal either….
The staff was extremely friendly and the lobby was clean. I ate dinner with my brother and we got our food pretty quickly. If the grease isn’t an issue for you, I would recommend this location.

When we first received our food my three piece chicken strip box had four small (two of them thin) pieces of well fried chicken. I pointed out my problem to “Juan” who was on shift. He asked if he could take the chicken back and fix it which he did. He came back a minute later and said they are remaking my order but it would be about ten minutes. In seven minutes Juan handed me a box containing.three good sized DELICIOUS tenders. THANK YOU JUAN. You Rule.

Do not eat here. The manager is highly unprofessional. Would not give me corporates number and gave me a horrible attitude when i asked for it nicely. She told me it’s on the receipt when there is absolutely nothing on the receipt for corporate. She threatened me with being arrested after filing a complaint. I was overcharged and I was laughed at in drive thru. Then when I came back to talk to the supervisor she handled it perfect unlike the manager. You could learn something from your employee. I had 2 other employees try and walk by me and intimidate me and bump into me. I tried to let the manager know and she refused to listen. Highly unprofessional. Then when I try and tell her she’s like I know you and you went to the media about the lettuce situation when it happened 5x yeah i have that right. I’ll be contacting BBB and Attorney Generals office. I told them over 5x that I’m allergic to lettuce and they continued to put lettuce on my wraps. Poorly ran restaurant and they don’t care about peoples safety or security. They will mock you and the Manager will allow it. They also record you with audio and visual cameras. It is HIGHLY ILLEGAL to use audio WITHOUT CONSENT. They have to make an announcement that you are being recorded with audio and there are NO WARNINGS or ANNOUNCEMENTS for this.

The Carl Jrs was super busy on August 3, 2025 at approximately 6 pm. I ordered two burgers one made special. Though it took the crew a little extra time every thing was as ordered and delicious. My fries were crispy, hot and delicious. The burgers were hot and perfect. The crew were friendly , helpful and all had smiles. I always get a good meal at the Monmouth, Oregon store. The crew is always friendly and helpful.
