I love Panera Bread food we were ordering from work a couple times a week. About 2 months ago our orders started getting messed up. Then I noticed they changed their cinnamon crunch bagel it used to have a crunchy sweet coating on it, now it doesn’t which changes the taste and defeats the crunch part of the name. Im not sure what has happened but between the bagel change and the messed up orders I dont know how often Ill be ordering

To be honest on this one I was surprised. I was in a hurry on a trip, but I wanted a salad. Simply just not in the mood for a burger and all those fat grams. Really hard to find healthy things when you have to be on the road a lot. I looked at the menu at Panera and decided to try an Asian chicken salad. Much to my surprise it was very good. Chicken was absolutely delicious as well as the dressing and the rest of the salad. I did ask for extra almonds and no hassle at all. I also got a bowl of bistro onion soup. That was also good. I waited at the window for about two minutes and they came with the food. So speed of service was good.

Only come to Panera if you’re ready to join the kitchen staff. I got Mac and cheese and it was served straight from the bag. It was not lukewarm, not cold, but frozen. Holding the bowl made my hands chilly. So, I asked the kitchen staff if they could remake it. Instead, I got hired! They informed me that there was a microwave I could use! Wonderful! Am I making $13 an hour now? I’m not trying to be rude, but I should’ve made a Mac and cheese cup at that point. My cookie was good though.

I’m always disappointed in restaurants in this area. However I had hopes for this place. But sadly I instantly knew I was going to be disappointed again.
First of all you had to order from 2 of the z4 broken kiosks and it was not user friendly.
The floors felt like someone mopped them with pure Elmer’s glue.
Nasty.
The soups were cold.
Staff was of no help when we inquired about an item.
The sandwich was not correct and everything felt so dirty.
I’m so mad that this was this terrible.

Waited 8 minutes at the front counter to place an order because 1/4 of the kiosks worked. Saw 5 worker and 5 saw me but the the 5th one finally walked over and took my order. Right after she had appeared she disappeared and walked outside to hit her vape, all while other customers were waiting to place their orders. As a food industry worker that was wild to see, sorry for the bad review but it was needed.

We were accidentally given the wrong food, when I called to let them know and try to resolve the issue the young lady who answered was so sweet. She gave me a few options to resolve the issue and was apologetic. We came to a resolution and the issue was resolved quickly.
