this mcdonald’s sucks, we were waiting 20 minutes for the fries, and we when went inside to confront the staff about this, and they took forever to give us the food. Not to mention they got the order wrong, I had ordered a ranch snack wrap meal and they gave me spicy instead.
Overall I do not recommend going to this location and i doubt that i’ll be back!
Get Better McDonalds.

Just went to stop for a shake and got a meal everyone was so miserable bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in a long time you could smell them from the lobby and not only that the front desk lady was miserable made me not wanna talk to her and when I asked for someone in the back they heard me and ignored me and then once I got her attention just asked for a drizzle of Carmel syrup and was super rude telling me I had to pay witch was no problem put the finest drizzle on it and slammed it pretty hard back down on the counter will never go to this establishment ever again

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrible!!! We placed a mobile order about 15 min before pulling into the drive thru. you’d think that would give them enough time to make the food right? Nope. We were told our food would take a little longer and to pull into a parking spot and it would be out in only a FEW minutes. We ended up waiting for over 25 minutes for our mobile order and no one came out while we watched every other car behind us get their food and leave. We then went inside and they FINALLY gave us our food and were making excuses on why it took them so dang long to get our food out. When we got home we found out they got the order wrong!!! This McDonald’s is absolutely horrible and I would rate this zero stars if I could. Run fast run far and stay away from this horrible McDonald’s.

So many problems at this location for a long time. Staffing, food quality, attitude. I’ve been given half an ice cream, wrong coffee, wrong food, expired food. Tried to give this location chances and it’s not worth it if you can’t trust them with your food at minimum

Got to the drive thru at 3:58pm on 11/27/2025. Per their poster on the lobby window they close at 4 today due to thanksgiving. Anyways the guy at the drive thru proceeded to wait till 4 to tell me they’re closed and denied to take my order. All I wanted was a happy meal for my child that was all. Horrible customer service here. Always issues with this McDonald’s. Would NOT recommend

AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S!!!!!!
It can be dead and they screw up the orders. I try to use the app and they charge me full price because they don’t know how to submit certain things. Which I don’t understand why? You give them a 4 digit code and it should work. More often than not I end up paying full price ale carte so i pay way more instead of just making it a meal.
For instance get a free hash brown with a purchase of a McMuffin. I told them in the drive thu that that should be a free hasbrown. She just says to pull up. I asked about it and she said I cant substitute bacon for sausage, but the app doesn’t say that… So paid $10.xx for everything instead of $7.xx as a meal. This has happened more than once.
It’s always something here.
Management also sucks here. I’ve tried talking with them and they can careless. You try to talk to them to rectify the issue and they walk away.
Avoid this McDonald and go to the next one. I’m done going here. I’ll go out of my way to go to a different one.

I am officially pretty much done with this McDonald’s. It sucks because it is very convenient to my home but I never have anything but trouble with this location. The workers just do not care at all, and they are so inaccurate. They won’t take back their mistakes either so we end up with a bunch of extra food which is nice but I’m paying for you to be right. They also don’t know how to apply discounts and use Rewards on the app. We have come here several times recently and they continue to disappoint us. It takes forever if you go inside too. I will do my best to avoid this McDonald’s now. (Written 9-30-25)
EDIT: I have given this McDonald’s several more chances on November 20, 22 and 24, 2025. I have been a little bit more pleased. In terms of the service the employees are still really nice. They also added a BELL finally so they know you would like to order in person instead of at the kiosk. They can still be slow but I’m a little happier. I gave it another chance on Thursday, December 4, 2025 and really, the person was NOT friendly at all and the kiosks were broken again! Not happy! Written 12-13-25)
1/5/26 EDIT: Happy New Year! Gave another chance on Monday, December 29, 2025 with the drive through, much more impressed! I guess drive through is the way to go here.
1/21/26 EDIT: I came here again on Jan 7 and the kiosks were once again not working so I could not redeem my points? Why is this such a common theme?
2/4/26 EDIT: I came here again on Jan 25 and the kiosks have been fixed, I didn’t have any issues.
3/6/26 EDIT: I came back four other times in February and had no issues really, sometimes they are just a bit slow.

No one was in line at the drive through when I went into store. I ordered at the kiosk. No receipt, they had the monitors off so you can’t see if your order went through. Then 4 cars went through the drive through and received there food before mine was brought out. Manager is worthless as well.
