Booked for brunch. Would have ordered online from the table, but another patron warned us the prices were higher that way! Ordering instead at the till was quick anyway. Friend had Turkish eggs, and I had hash brown stack pictured. Hash brown stack was an interesting choice and tasty enough that I’d order it again. We both had coffees, although my small flat white was a little cool and weak, which was disappointing. Too full to try the cakes, but the souffra looked awesome. I will be back just to try that.

As a part of my Sperm Donation Australia Tour, After picking up a client from the airport we came here for some brekky. I had the smashed Avo with some salmon added and the watermelon combo pressed juice. What a great way to start the day.

Absolutely delicious breakfast, will definitely be returning to try more. Had the Turkish eggs and a coffee and was so good. The flavours and ingredients were on point and all worked so well together!!

A little pricy but the food is great! Little kids area/room is perfect for entertaining toddlers so you can enjoy your coffee while it’s still hot.
Hot fresh food and good flavour combinations. Pastry display cabinet has pretty good variety too!

We held a team Christmas breakfast at Holly Rayes.
Everything was absolutely perfect, the food was delicious and the service was amazing.
Of our team of 15 no one had any complaints, in fact every single person raved about our morning.
We will definitely be going back!

Lovely staff, and lovely atmosphere. Steak sandwich was good and satisfying, with a small amount of chips. Gnocchi was crispy on the outside, but undercooked inside like they had skipped the boiling step and went straight to pan frying – unfortunately tasted like undercooked pancake and we couldn’t finish it, even after they kindly fried it a bit more at our request. The mushrooms in there were super delicious though! Serving size was small.
Coffee was good, but not excellent – the milk was a little watery. Still well drinkable, and better than many brunch spots around Perth.
Overall it was okay, and priced normally for a fancy brunch ($20+ per dish).
Cakes in the cabinet looked wonderful, we skipped them because they tasted dry last time, but will give them another go next time.

What happened to Holly Raye’s? No lovely cakes in the window, no music or atmosphere. The veggie wrap was ok but a bit bland. The menu used to have some interesting Asian inspired options, but not anymore. This used to be my favourite cafe!

Plenty of people here, excellent range of baked goods, had the excellent chilli scrambled eggs, and skinny flat white.
Coffee was extremely strong that I personally don’t like but still good coffee.
One of the few places that have caramelised sugar.
Recommended and will be back.
