Always great! Food is amazing.
I never have an issues when I come to this location! The staff is typically pretty nice and helpful. There usually isn’t a wait in the drive through. The turn around is very fast!

This location is working hard to run customers away. No food consistency. One visit the fries are good, the next visit cold and soggy or over salted. Next visit I got a freaking tablespoon of coleslaw (see included photo). I was disappointed because I love the coleslaw and wanted a refund but remained silent instead. Sometimes I get a chicken finger that is so small it’s pathetic. I am NOT going to pay over $12.00 for lunch to get this poor quality. Burger King a block away is more consistent.
ONE MORE TIME with poor food quality and I’m done with Zaxbys. The employees on the other hand are usually friendly. But please make sure that when food is placed on the ready to serve shelf it doesn’t sit there getting cold please.

I tried Zaxbys for the first time today and what a disappointment and disaster that was. One of my teas has a hole in the cup and made a mess in my truck. The sauce I paid extra for has a slit in the top of it so I can’t use that. I had one decent sized chicken strip. The food was horrible and bland. I gave most of the food to my dogs. You couldn’t pay me to eat here. First and last time. What a waste of $40. The only good thing about this restaurant was the nice and friendly workers.

Best chicken in the south. Absolutely zero contention. Great chicken, incredible fries mostly thanks to its seasoning which must be worth it’s weight in gold, and the zax sauce never gets old. Whenever I’m in town, this place is always on my mind. Wish there was one in Miami.

Love the salads and chicken here. The restaurant in okeechobee is always clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. I took my mom to lunch today and Brittney was really helpful and polite. Will be back.
