People were friendly lobby was clean, but food was Meh at best .. Granted it’s been a few years since I ate here so I may be remembering wrong, it used to be good. I ordered a 3 PC dark with Mashed potatoes and a tea…. The tea was great the potatoes were ok, but the biscuit was literally raw, it stretched like a cheese stick…. The Chicken was cooked well but the original recipe barely had spice in it, I could taste the flour in it…. Probably be another few years before I try this location again…..

Stopped by on our way out of town for a family meal. The guy at the counter was friendly and offered good customer service. The food was greasy but good. I love KFC and have had a hard time lately in our area getting any service at all so I was pleased today with this visit. This store was much better than my experience recently in Greenville Texas!!!!

Last night 11/02/25 we went to KFC after years of not visiting or eating there myself. There was no line but, biggest disappointment ever on their service. Poor poor poor service.
We went through Drive-thru; No mac and cheese available(mentioned it was frozen) but, did not offer us if we would like to wait either, even though we waited for good strong 20-30 minutes . When we finally got our order taken to our vehicle the big bag was shoved in through the windows after we said “careful it doesn’t fit..wait wait”one of the buckets fell and all the chicken wings and drums fell on my partners jeans,car floor and seat..it was disappointing to see this happen. You would think there would be some kind of apology or surprise if it was an unintentional but, nothing! Not a single word came out her mouth.(The manager) didn’t even flinch, she just left. I had to walk inside the lobby to get a new bag since it gotten ripped and no napkins. When i step inside there was nobody dining in but instead I saw at least 6 or 7 people for their orders and the look on their faces/drive through was fair. We paid $60 for our dinner and although the food was okay/good on the other hand the service was extra terrible. It’s no surprise why they didn’t have people dinning-in. Please be aware of careless manager at this time. I wish I would’ve had a better experience after not visiting KFC for years!

Spent $40 on my family here only for them to not give me any drinks with the kids Happy meals as well as none of the sauces that I paid for. The guy at the window took forever to take my order to he needs to wake up. Not good.

I went by and ordered a family meal at 11:15am the chicken looked like it was from yesterday and they just threw it back in the fryer to “re-heat”. The mashed potatoes and gravy, and Mac and cheese we cold!!! I live 2 blocks away!!!! There was no reason to be eating cold, old food!!!!!

The service is almost always top notch. The food is good KFC food. I do not have one near where I live so when I have to come to Mt. Pleasant, it’s a nice change. I come at times when it’s not busy. I always forget to get pictures before we eat.

Got there literally 5 minutes after opening. The entire dining area was spotless, which meant the crew from the night shift and opening had done their jobs well. Everything was freshly made,I actually had to wait for my chicken pot pie, which was fine with me because I knew it would be fresh. There wasn’t many customers at the time we got there but not the same story as we were leaving. Of the customers who were there as early as we were, they received personal service as well as we did. No cookie cutter,mono drone, read it off a card server. The young lady really listened to individual customers and served with the same individuality as well. Awesome All Around. Thanks for the great eats and marvelous customer service!

The food is good. However, we didn’t receive all of our order. We didn’t notice until we got home 30 minutes away. Too far to go back. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
