Ai drive thru was pretty disappointing. Drive thru worker stuck arm out the window, wouldn’t even look us in the face. Workers seemed to giggle and look at each other when I asked for spoons? Fries tasted like they were a few days old. Thin mint frosty was pretty good, which is hard to mess up.

Used to go through the drive thru here. Food was always consistently good and liked the positive vibe from the employees. Once they implemented AI to take my order.. it’s slower and a worse experience. I go to another Wendy’s now, since it’s about the same distance.

You other with the AI machine it gives you a price way cheaper than ordering with with a person.
I ordered a 2 baconator meals with a 1 potato but the machine took it as a potato on the side , and two lemonades , it was $32
When I went to the cashier and said I wanted to substitute the fries on one of the meals for a potato he started doing all this number pushing that my finally total was $36 and I was like wait how if I wanted to remove the potato and it to the meal , he said because the drinks were extra. But when I first pulled up he didn’t say anything about the drinks being extra and was ready to let me pay the $32
At this point it’s not worth going back because you always feel like you’re getting scammed

Don’t go here. For some reason no one at this location can understand very simple orders. Even the manager is argumentative and will swear at you if you don’t agree with her. Never again will I get even a drink from this location.

Gave me one sauce for fries and nuggets. Then wants to charge me more when i ask for 2 more sauce. Acting as if it came out of her pay check for 2 sauce. A chain company being stingy about sauce is wild horrible costumer service. Never getting Wendy’s again lol. 1 sauce for fries and nuggets. I ordered decaf coffee. The guy preparing my order went to the coffee area and was communicating with looks and utterances that made the other bald cook laugh. The woman between them laughed too. Then, the guy preparing told me “there’s no decaf”. (Either you accept that or none tone). A few seconds, the female manager uttered: No Decaf. Laugh first, please. I’m probably entertainment to them. There was a time people had manners. They knew how to hide their emotions. I felt uneasy. A forgone conclusion. A joke. And I only ordered an over cooked potato (dry) and chili. I took the regular coffee. But not provide laughs to these people. Plus why have the choice of regular or decaf when there isn’t any made or they choose not to make it. Is the company not buying decaf? Not coming here anymore. This is the third time I didn’t get decaf. The medium sized coffee isn’t even adequately filled. They should at least teach staff to be courteous. I know now that the customers should adjust to staff here. I know because even their manger didn’t care. That must be the culture they’re promoting.

I may of witnessed some kind of speed record Wednesday, my food came out lightning fast. I barely had time to fill my drink up, and it was waiting for me on the counter. I didn’t think it was mine! I got outside and everything was hot and delicious, the breakfast taters were great, I was amazed. The 2 young ladies who done that are top tier, sensational.
