What a wonderful experience today! My wife and I dropped into Moe’s today for a quick bite and we were incredibly impressed with the service!

We had quite going there a while back because of the service, but decided to give it a try again. We love the food!

They must have changed management because the new staff was completely different. They were all so friendly and Javon, who waited on me, could not have been nicer! He was incredibly attentive to my order, very friendly while he was preparing it and could not have done more to make sure we had everything we needed! I actually left feeling good about the experience!

I know it’s just Moe’s, not some fancy restaurant, but it’s nice no matter the setting, and we will definitely be back!

Worst Moe’s ever experienced. Condiment area next to bathroom has bad smell of septic. Nothing stocked well. Come machine out of all diet flavors and most of others. When I informed the workers they never reloaded it offered alternatives.

This was my first time visiting a Moe’s in a long while, and surprisingly, I wasn’t greeted with the usual “Welcome to Moe’s!” something I’ve come to expect from the brand. There were two women behind the counter when I walked in. One seemed focused on preparing a pickup order, while the other quietly assisted me. She barely spoke during the interaction, and her body language suggested she wasn’t too thrilled to be there.

I ordered my usual stack and chose to dine in. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn’t meet expectations. The rice tasted stale, and the stack itself was barely warm. On top of that, when I opened the container, I realized there were no chips included, something that’s never happened to me at Moe’s before. I had to go back and request them separately.

While sitting in the dining area, I noticed that all the booths were closed off, which reminded me of the early COVID days. The available chairs were worn out and a bit dirty, adding to the less-than-welcoming atmosphere. After eating about half of my meal and a few chips, I decided to head out. As I left, I honestly can’t recall if either staff member acknowledged me.

This is a no frills spot. The food is ok. Not great but not bad. If you are expecting portions like Chipotle do not come. They do give you plenty rice or beans & veggies they skimp on the meat. Other than that everyone is kind & pleasant at this location. Just don’t expect any extra servings or hefty scoops lol if you are on a diet this place is perfect for portion control.

I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience.

Firstly, the portion sizes were quite small for the price.

Secondly, I requested a side of rice and beans, and was surprised when I was charged for an entire kids’ meal.($6.99) for a cup of rice and beans. I had to explain to the cashier that , I did not want a kids meal, I was simply trying to order a side or rice and beans with my quesadilla. I was also charged for a stack when I ordered a rice bowl.

Furthermore, I felt that the staff seemed somewhat inattentive to my needs while I was ordering. They appeared more focused on another family dining in the restaurant.

Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Where to start, rice was hard, salsa was watery, table tops where the only things clean, floors where nasty. I been to other locations on Pleasant Hill which are quicker, cleaner & better food quality. Not to mention I had upset stomach for 2 days afterwards. Only thing good was the chips where fresh & not oily.

Ok so my order was not prepared correctly. I called to see if I could get it remade before just showing up, immediately Maria started saying if it’s not on the Uber eats table then it’s not added. Nachos automatically come with quest then I ordered EXTRA quest at an additional cost on the side. No quest and no extra quest or guacamole on my nacho. Homewreck junior had a specific note to make sure it was added though homewrecker come with those toppings.

Instead of remaking my order Maria was like we didn’t do anything wrong. The guy that prepares the order admitted that he made it wrong. At this point she was power tripping and calling her manager and trying speak in Spanish I had to let her know to what I speak Spanish. Just a horrible experience… no resolution calling management and the health department. She had a bandage in her hand and playing with it the entire time. Yuckk

It would be quicker to list what ISN’T wrong with this place. The staff is rude and ignored everything I asked/said. They were out of EVERYTHING other than rice, chips, chicken, beans, and tortillas. Even out of salsa and queso. She couldn’t or wouldn’t help me use my rewards and just kept saying it didn’t work. I tried entering my number, scanning, and giving her my number. Then, the food was all cold and stale. Literally this was the worst experience.
