Place is nasty and doesn’t have a comfortable atmosphere for eating! Chicken salad has changed it seems , but I RARELY eat Panera because it’s overpriced and overrated!! Chicken salad is way to sweet and texture is weird and chicken doesn’t seem real, looks like MUSH with cranberries in it! The young lady that took my order had good customer service so that was appreciated.

Food is pretty average for a Panera. I’ve noticed service can be fairly slow…I’m already ordering for myself on a machine, but I’m sure they just fired cashiers and kept the money for themselves rather than hiring more kitchen staff. Also I recently ordered carryout and my bread bowl came as just soup in a bowl which was disappointing. However, the older cashier that works here is very friendly and accommodating and is the only reason the service gets a 3 and not a 2.

When it’s Panera bread, they tell you exactly what goes in your meal. Love their transparency and fresh food. I love their soups , esp broccoli cheddar soup and south west chicken salad. Very conveniently located just off of Highway seven and 169. There is always plenty of parking, but it is located in Norwood Mall, which always seems to be super busy. After dodging traffic to get over to Panera the parking is easy. We ordered our food about seven minutes before you arrived on their app. When we arrived, the food was ready and at the counter we able to pick it up and sit down. The food was fantastic. All the staff members we encountered were very polite. My only complaint is the Diet Coke drips on your hand when you’re trying to fill your cup other than that it’s a fantastic place to go and I would highly recommend it as we go here a couple times a month.

The Cashier Linda or “Grandma Linda” went above and beyond when I stopped here today at lunch. She was very friendly and pleasant. My pick two of salad and sandwich had generous portions and were delicious. I highly recommend the Fuji apple Salad.

Name wasn’t even called… which is not the end of the world. I ordered extra chips which they forgot to give me-again no problem. As I’m eating my soup I found a dead bug… I wish I was joking. This place is a health hazard and I’m never coming back. My friend was too grossed out to eat her food and they refused to refund her meal. Photo attached for proof!

BPI compostable products with #5 polypropylene lids. That is a fail. Maybe they need to hire someone in sustainability. This is green washing at its finest by a large corporation who dies not care about it environment.

On December 18, 2020, I ordered from the Modern Caprese Sandwich and chicken noodle soup from the You pick Two (sandwich + soup and side choice of chips) options on the menu although the food was very tasty and yummy. It was expensive, especially for the portion and the food not coming with a drink.

Nearly every table was unclean or had dirty dishes. Overall unclean and had a poor smell.
Paid for a passion papaya iced green tea, but the container was completely out.
