It sucks because they don’t deliver at this location. They use door dash which is un reliable and food never arrives hot with that service. Also if you only have cash you can’t use door dash. I’m very disappointed in Papa John’s and this has made me delete their app and never order from them again.

I love papa johns. We dont have one in our town so we drive an hour away to get it after work. I drove and called it in 12 minutes before closing asking for 2 pizzas . The guy said they r closed but their closing time is 10 pm, he said policy is to stop 10 minutes before 10 to clean, yet it was before the time. He refused to sell. I guess papa John’s refuses service and its employees choose to stop selling early. When I said its before cleaning time he said ” everything is clean and put away” I guess he started closing before policy states. Why does the manager allow this. Im tired from work and wished to eat some of the pizza I like, I guess when they say they close at ten people should assume 930 or earlier even if closing time is 10.

In the town I live there is no papa John’s so when I do visit I most always grab a pj pizza. Its always fresh and very good and never have an issue with my order.

Great but the lady is rude on the phone. She missed a topping on the pizza and wings were buffalo instead of barbecue. This never happens when the guy is working.
