Brothers Bagels gives me a reason to get out of bed every weekend. Before the new location opened, I’d drive all the way to Hixson—now I’m lucky enough to have one right down the street. Every single bagel is delicious – sweet or savory . I love customizing my bagel sandwiches and trying something new each time; my favorites right now are a sausage, egg, and cheese on a blueberry bagel, and the chocolate swirl bagel with java chip cream cheese.
I’m also a huge fan of their coffee—everyone needs to try the iced Woodsmen latte. The staff is always accommodating, especially when it comes to my friend’s food allergies, which I really appreciate. I truly recommend Brothers Bagels to anyone and everyone. Starting my day with one of their breakfast sandwiches and a latte always sets me up for success ☕

I was glad to find out. They opened a new store on Brainerd road, which literally just 2 and a 1 miles from my house. Better than the 10 mile drive to Hixson and As Usual, great service and food. Spoke to operating manager, which I knew from the Hixson store. Just glad to see familiar and new ones at the new establishment.

I’m so excited for this second location that is much closer to my house!! I moved to TN from the east coast, and let me tell you these are the best bagels around! Hard to find something comparable to New York bagels, but Brothers knocks it outta the park! Great bagels, food and coffee! I love that they offer plant based sausage as well! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is a vibe. The online ordering option is great too! 10/10!!

At first, I loved it. Great value, good food. The next couple of times I went, I was really disappointed. Once, my bagel was chewy and not toasted at all so, the next time I asked for it to be “extra toasted” (which is an option they offer) and got a bagel that was burnt to a crisp. So so good! I had the NY BEC on an asiago bagel and loved everything about it! Flavors were spot on, everything was fresh and it traveled really well to my office downtown. I can’t wait to try more things! The team behind the counter were lovely and the service was super fast even on a busy morning! I’ll definitely be back (probably more often than I should be)!
