they charged me twice for $40! I guess the first register froze once I paid and didn’t go through, so she charged me on the second register, all clear! But once I sat down I checked my bank statement, I was charged twice. Lady with the glasses said she cancelled the first transaction and the first payment would go back into my bank card. But nope, shit was taken out twice it wasn’t pending, payment went through crystal clear for both payment. And I can’t go back since I live almost an hour away. So yall be careful with this place. They will scam you, don’t let them make you pay twice if your using card. Check your statement first before trying to pay the second time!

Part of the food court at the Natick, it offers affordable Chinese food. Limited range you can choose from, visible right in front of you, you can even get a complimentary taste of the stuff before you actually order. Seating like at all food courts world over, you pick up your stuff and look for a place. May be they should find better and more efficient ways to keep the food hot.

Food was NOT fresh. Chicken tasted like shrimp, pork very discolored and chewy. I belive i was served old food. When I tried to say something, not to get a refund, but to let them know, and I got the most angriest face from one of them. I belive they know exactly what they are serving people and honestly couldn’t care less, and make fun of you behind your back.

The lady at the counter was constantly rushing everyone who tried to order and didn’t really listen to portions just threw everything in the plastic container. I did like the chicken and noodle but did experience stomach pain after (not 100% sure it’s related but it’s the only thing i ate that day). Overall it was mid and definitely not the place to get chinese food in the natick mall!! Also it was incredible expensive $20 for some noodles and chicken.

I had a terrible experience after eating at this restaurant. I ordered the BBQ and teriyaki chicken, and within hours I started having severe diarrhea, which has lasted for two days. The smell and color were unusual — this felt like food poisoning. I do not recommend this place due to serious health concerns. Please be cautious.

This Monday I had a really terrible experience. I took 2 lunches and when I paid there was some kind of a hitch and the cashier told me to pay again, I did so. Then I went to the table but decided to check the payment. It turned out that I paid twice. I went back and said this but the cashier didn’t pay attention to me at first but later gave me the check, I didn’t understand anything, I decided to check with her if I was thinking correctly. For some reason she was extremely rude and even with hand gestures as if she was chasing me away. This is terrible, because of her mistake I paid twice and when I tried to get my money back I felt like a beggar. Disgusting behavior of the staff, I will not go to this place again.

Master Wok has Excellent sesame chicken ! Natick Mall food court for many years now is the destination for fast inexpensive meal with many options of dining for those days that you don’t want to cook ! Master wok provides that quick comfort foods that everyone crave for. If you like bacon bits squares inside your sesame chicken dish, they have them here. You can’t beat less the 7 dollars for a hot gourmet meal with bacon bits.
