Absolutely terrible service. Sat at the speaker for 10 mins. Nobody came to answer. Pulled up to speaker cause no one was in line and they sat there talking to each other and didn’t come to the window. 5 people sat there talking and on their phones. When one person finally came to the window they said, “what’d you order?” To which we responded we hadn’t and were sitting there and she caught an attitude. Terrible service. And even more terrible attitudes.

Store 2068, Belle Chasse Hwy. I was there on the 23rd. First, I waited a very long time before anyone took my order. I was using a coupon and the woman working the window seemed unsure of how to handle a coupon order, but that’s fine. Second, when I finally got to the window and paid, I was told the store did not have blackened ranch. By this point, I was pretty frustrated. Third, when I asked for my receipt, the woman at the window seemed very annoyed. She said, “Pull up and I guess I’ll bring it to you, but I don’t know how long it will be.” I said never mind. At that point, she slammed the window in my face. I motioned for her to open the window and told her slamming the window wasn’t warranted. She slammed it shut again and turned her back to me. On top of all of this, she didn’t give me my drink and I had to return and go inside to get it. There was another woman working the front counter who was very nice and helpful. By the time I was finally able to eat my food, it wasn’t hot and the tenders were dry.

I arrived in a drive-through at 5 PM today and was not serviced until 5:24 PM. The lady at the window presented my food and never presented my drink. I sat there and waited as she counted her drawer extremely slow. I had to call into the establishment to get them to make and hand me my drink. The first time I called I watched the young lady pickup the phone and hang it up. I called back a gentleman in the back, answered the phone and came to the window and made my drink. The young lady at the window was still counting and purposely ignoring me at the window. Also, my order was incorrect. This Popeyes drive through customer service is not customer friendly.

Lobby constantly closed after 5pm.
Came around 6pm….unreliable during rush hour. Gave email complaining to email on sign.
Would recommend anyone else having issues to do the same. They need to work on their quality control.

This Popeyes is at the corner of my house, I keep coming back thinking it can’t get worse than the last time, but this time they really did it!! Only 1 CAR in the drive thru, they make me park, I wait outside for 32 MINUTES until I finally lost my patience and had to go inside… I had to wait ANOTHER 10min inside to get my food!! Then I get home and they give me the WRONG FAMILY MEAL!!! This is ridiculous and I don’t know why the corporate does not do anything about this!! This Popeyes will never get a dollar from me again!! They need new management ASAP!!

I live 7 minutes away from the Chalmette location. By the time I got home it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Never had this issue before. I prefere Popeye’s over the fast food restaurants. Maybe it was just a bad day.

I ordered through UberEats. My order was wrong. Ordered BOGO boneless wings with sauce on side and BOGO bone-in wings. Boneless came with sauce on. No bone-in wings. No side sauces ordered were sent. Also reciept reflected about $8.00 more than than UberEats reciept!! Will not order from this location ever again!!!
