My favorite Starbucks to go to, super chill. They also have great people that work there! I go there fairly frequently these days and one time an employee remembered my order from the day before! Doesn’t sound like a big deal but personally I don’t remember the last time that happened. Also super clean and great spots to work.

Love coming here. Everyone is so nice. Always get my order correct. I had a very good interaction with a girl named Hailey. She went above and beyond for me when it was super busy. I forgot to add something and she had no issue adding it for me and taking the time to make sure everything was correct. Everyone greeted me with a warm smile. Amazing place will be coming here again

I’m writing to share a concern about an interaction I had with a manager named Shannon during my recent visit.
Shannon was very rude and spoke to me in a way that I don’t believe is appropriate for any manager, especially when speaking to a customer. She mentioned that she has worked here for three years and that she is a manager, but regardless of her position, no customer should be treated or spoken to in the manner I experienced.
I want to be clear that the store was not busy at the time, so I do not believe stress or workload was a factor. I normally love coming here and have never had an issue before, which is why this experience stood out and was disappointing.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value this business and hope this feedback helps prevent similar situations in the future.

Orders are usually correct, but this is the slowest Starbucks ever. I orders at 1:09 and I am still waiting for 2 drinks at 1:40. Drive thru is consistently a 15-30 minute wait at any given time OR day. Doesn’t matter if there’s 1 car ahead or 6…. You will be in line for what feels like eternity.

Never had a problem with any of the staff here, but went through the drive through the other day, and the guy that took my order was extremely rude. I get the same drink everyday and he just had an attitude the whole entire time, because he messed up my entire order .even the girl who handed my drink apologized to me because she said he was talking to me so rudely. Came back again today , he was working again, and still gave me attitude, “just so you know you never said iced”. I get the same drink everyday and no one else ever messes it up. Very nasty attitude.

Very polite staff greeted me! Restaurant was very clean. I would definitely come back here, the baristas were all very pleasant without being annoying.
Very nice covered outside seating are.

Things to consider
Some Chairs were unbalanced.
Windows had some stains on the outside(soap spray?)

I want to start off by saying that the coffee’s we got were alright, typical Starbucks Coffee, not much to say about it. However, not only did the staff get the Order wrong (they remade it) by making it a hot drink instead of an iced one (receipt also said iced), they also didn’t announce that the drinks are ready, which led to us waiting for 15 minutes, at a table right next to the counter before asking if our stuff is ready & the staff giving it out to us. The drinks were not in the “pick-up area” but were just standing behind the coffee machines on the counter, not in reach.
The restrooms weren’t THAT dirty but they definitely weren’t clean either

No eggnog day after Christmas. Gave grande instead of venti. Refused to add cold foam to iced coffee for a $10 tip. Made me go back to cashier to pay $1.25. And was rude about it

The outdoor seating at this Starbucks is under cover, which is nice. Although the day I visited it was extremely windy out there. Not sure if that’s a recurring problem based on the positioning.
