Featuring WOOD-FIRED BAGELS & SANDWICHES! We make our bagels from scratch, then boil them like a traditional New York bagel, but we bake them in a 1000 degree wood-fired oven! They may be the best bagels on the planet ;). We have egg sandwiches made to order, homemade cream cheeses, and center cut nova. For lunch, we rock an awesome Philly cheese, hot pastrami (cured and smoked in house!), and an assortment of other deli sandwiches PILED HIGH with meat and served on our fresh wood-fired bagels.

Tried the Cowboy breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. The chorizo was especially tasty, fried eggs were perfectly cooked, and jalapeno herb butter just added to the overall excellent experience. Friendly staff and quick service!

I stopped here today after passing by it, and also seeing it on DoorDash. My order came out extremely quick! The server also brought it directly to my car as I told her my baby was in the car with me. I don’t normally eat chorizo, but I gave the Cowboy and I was not disappointed! It was delicious. My husband got a poppyseed bagel. His only complaint was that it was a little cold however, it was extremely fluffy and soft! I will definitely be back.

I arrived early on a Sunday morning right before they opened and had a nice chat with the manager, Carlos, as he baked some bagels in their big oven. He was telling me about how they make their bagels and all the different menu items. Very nice guy. Ruby and he had my order up (salmon, tomato, onion with scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel) in no time. The huge bagel was soft and chewy and delicious, the fish was the perfect balance of smoky and salty, the onion and tomato were fresh and tasty… well, dang, I’ve talked myself into going to get another one. On my way!

Hard to find as it’s a good truck but man it’s the best damn bagels around. The cream cheese the lox spread and butter all top of the line. Lox spread was so delish and bagels can’t say enough on how great they are. I am a Long Island girl here training and do appreciate you guys! Thanks for making such great bagels. I am sure your egg sandwiches are off the charts also.

Excellent sandwiches! Word of advice, do not order the night prior for a late morning pick-up, they don’t get the order until just before your show time and they may run out of your preferred bagel flavor before then. Staff is awesome and friendly.
