PS – I glanced at the reviews and most are 1-2 stars max – all with similar complaints with an occasional 5 star review which I suspect was posted by an employee or someone paid to post. Who knew you could screw up pizza SO MUCH!?
Placed an order at 6:30. App was marked delivered at 6:52. Pizza didn’t show up until 7:45. If reasonable expectations are set when ordering, the experience wouldn’t have been so frustrating and upsetting. Although we order from the Hut regularly, we will never reach out to this particular location again.
it wasn’t delivered,the manger said we want them to rush with our food and that the driver had other deliveries, and that’s fine so I simply wanted a refund so we can go some where else for dinner.She said they can’t give us a refund and I asked what’s was her name she said she don’t know her name ,so I asked for corporate number she than tells me to figure it out. If this is the way you treat your customers than I will never spend another dollar with Pizza Hut! I will take my business to Dominoes where we get treated with respect. The whole crew need to be trained on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I spoke with the manager who assured me it was going to be remade and the picture you see with only mushrooms and pepperoni is the REPLACEMENT! They Put less toppings on it the second time than the first, and this was the “make it right” the MANAGER was supposed to oversee?! This is now the second time this has happened to me from this location because the app chooses them for delivery. Never again! They do not follow instructions, read, communicate, or care.
To top it off they mark your orders as delivered when nothing has been delivered, but when you call they will tell you oh it’s an hour and a half wait sometimes the app is wrong. Like ok how will I know when it’s coming. Meanwhile the food is ice cold like it’s been ready since it’s said it’s delivered. Why are you marking orders as delivered when food hasn’t even left the door?
Clean house here. Get entirely new staff, or close this place.
