We walked in to get some lunch here. Store wasn’t busy, got to order our items right aways. The kids meal was solid with rice, chicken, tacos, apple juice and chips. For my bowl, got the chicken with fajitas, rice, corn, cheese, lettuce and guacamole. Had the coupon from Chipotle app for free double protein. My bowl was spilling over, it was so full. All ingredients were fresh and tasted amazing. I finished the whole giant bowl.
The service was excellent at the counter. All associates were courteous, helped me with redeeming the coupon and pay with chipotle gift card. The store was very clean. All condiments were fully stocked. Soda dispenser was fully functional . Restroom was clean. Can’t expect a better experience from a Chipotle than this.

I stopped by to get two orders for my kids on 6/18/25, and was informed that the restaurant ran out of rice (all rices).
How do you run out of rice on a standard week-night? – this was a Wednesday not a weekend night where you would think that they are busier.
The staff didn’t seem to care though.
Also on the staff – I sincerely hope that the management team of this location trains the staff to be more service oriented and happier about their job. It’s just my personal opinion but each time I visit this store, the staff just seemed so miserable and not wanting to be there at all.
Come on now – be grateful for your job and always remember that there plenty of people out here that will take your place in no time (and probably do a much better job than you are currently doing…and wouldn’t mind getting the benefits and wages that all you all get!)
Lastly and just as important, please clean the floors and tables more often. Cleanliness goes a long way in the restaurant industry.

This Chipotle used to be my go-to spot, but lately, it’s become a mess. The ice machine hardly ever works, and the dining area is a disaster with overflowing trash bins and garbage all over the floor and tables. It seems like cleaning the tables is no longer a priority for the staff.
To top it off, they were even out of utensils on my last visit. It’s disappointing to see the decline in cleanliness and service. I hope they address these issues soon.

Was a long-time fan of this location, but over the past few months the food has gotten saltier and saltier, along with portions getting really small. Some bites taste like pure salt now. It wasn’t always like this, and the rest of the ingredients are really tasty, so I just wish they could go back to their old way of preparing the food.

I bought a sofrito burrito and a chicken bowl to go, both with undercooked white rice. I overheard a conversation between the BOH staff to the FOH staff to stop selling the rice meanwhile there are about 6 people in front of me who are on line waiting to pay for their undercooked food. I didn’t think much of the conversation since it could’ve been only the brown rice but once I was back home, there was uncooked rice in every bite. I came back to the establishment to confront the issue and was offered a full refund but upon coming back home, only a partial refund for half of my order was given. Although they handled everything cordially, there seems to be a lack of accountability and standards within the establishment. This will be the last time I’m going to this Chipotle location.

I’ve been a regular at this Chipotle for years, but recently, the place has taken a serious downturn.
The ice machine is almost always broken, and the trash in the dining area is constantly overflowing. There’s often trash on the floor and tables, and it seems like the staff rarely bother to clean up.
On my last visit, they were even missing basic utensils. It’s really disappointing to see a place that used to be so clean and offered good service fall apart like this. I hope they turn things around soon.

Food was ok but very rude staff. Ordered online but then wanted to eat inside. I told the young lady making my food. She didn’t say ok. I repeated I’m staying. With an attitude she replied I heard you. I asked her to acknowledge me next time. She then handed me my tray without saying anything. A here you go or enjoy would have been nice. Complaint made to corporate.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location. First time I went here they made me small portions. I didn’t think anything of it ,I thought , It was just that person but I went again today and they were even giving me smaller portions which is ridiculous. I’ve been to other the Chipotles and they stack my bowl, this place has a weird energy, no one’s talking to each other,Nobody smiling, everything just felt off. I gave it a one star because they were skimping my food beer it in the rice. Barely any beans barley any steak I had to ask for more and the remaining toppings they were skimping I walked out without paying and left the food . I would never come to this location ever again.

terrible workers, give orders out to random people without any confirmation and then are unwilling to remake the orders after they make ridiculous mistakes. uncooperative and useless employees, the manager easily handled these issues.
