I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chauhan Fine Indian Restaurant, and I must say, the experience—particularly the generous and high-quality buffet—was nothing short of sensational.
The Food: Truly Exceptional and Underrated
If you are looking for authentic, high-quality Indian cuisine, look no further. I want to be perfectly clear: The current star ratings for this restaurant simply do not do justice to the incredible taste of the food here. The flavors are rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are prepared with an expert touch that elevates them far beyond typical buffet fare.
The spread is diverse and features classic dishes, but it is the unrivaled taste and freshness that sets Chauhan apart. Each dish, from the rich and creamy curries to the perfectly spiced tandoori items, was a revelation. The food truly is the best.

Very bad experience. The owner was abusing his employees in front of everyone. These people are frauds. They were suppose to charge per plate, but they will make sure the plates are very small, cups for desserts were hidden so all the guests will use plates instead. If 30 people attended, he will charge for 55 people.
We did not like his behaviour and attitude. They will not put drinks and juices if you don’t ask for it.
I do not recommend this place if you are looking for banquet hall. They will charge you double. Worst experience. I wish i could put 0 stars.

Very bad experience with staff and owner of the restaurant. He was using abusive language in front of client. Provided less items than what decided while booking the hall. We have confirmed chickpea salad, juice coke spirit, they didn’t serve and at last we reported this and he said, no body asked for it so we didn’t serve. Wow, which guests ask for choice of drinks if it is not displayed ? Also there were not enough plates during lunch time that made me very embarrassing in front of mu guests.
At the end they change the words and you cant fight because you are busy with guests and they are taking benefits of it.
Totally not trustworthy.

I ordered chicken biryani and absolutely loved the taste. I also ordered tandoori chicken, which was delicious and some other dishes too . I went there with my friends, and we really loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. We will definitely go again!

Worse experience with owner and food. Food was not provided as discussed. There were not enough plates during lunchtime, and no cups or bowls for sweets. When I informed the owner, he refused to accept the issues.
No juice or soft drinks were provided. At the end, the owner claimed we never asked for them. While booking the hall, we had clearly chosen mango juice for kids, but it was not served and was later denied.
I also selected chickpea salad for lunch, which was not provided, and again the owner said it was never chosen. The naan and roti were very hard to chew.
Overall, it was a very poor experience. The owner did not negotiate the price despite these issues and only gave excuses. I would not recommend this place.

It has become a regular visit for us now. I really like their food, and the staff is always so nice and helpful. I usually go there with my family, and we always have a great experience.

For my office year end party, we booked this place, and oh! what a great time we had.
The service is great and we loved the hospitality of the staff. The food was tasty and served all the guests well.
Definitely consider ut for your small event, they can accommodate upto 150 people.

Decent food but we expected better from “fine dining”. The packing of the to go orders should be improved for sure as although I took utmost care, the gravies were floating in the plastic bag till I reached home. Tandoori chicken was good but the sarson saag was not good at all.
