I went through the drive-through I saw the drive-through attendant and the woman scooping the fries. Use their body to block what they were doing with the fries. Use their hands to scoop the fries into the container and then wipe hands together to dust the salt off. It was gross to see, but it’s snowing and I don’t wanna go back in.

Check your burgers before you leave the store to make sure they left something off or added something that you asked for. I hate mustard, ask for no mustard, wound up scraping it off with a paper towel when I get home from both my burgers.

I mean it’s Burger King, they literally say you rule. I’ve had great interactions and good interactions with the servers; like any fast food restaurant, if you want your fries fresh than say you want the fries hot when you order them. Something I’ve forgotten to do at times that indeed ails me after purchase. Can’t beat flame grilled though!

Just because they didn’t make my burger as I ordered and i went back for them to FIX my sandwich, this RACIST employee insulted me and my people (Puertoricans) calling us “charros” ect, and that we just like free food ect. I wish I would’ve started to record since the beggining of her insulting me. I didn’t want free food, I PAYED FOR MY FOOD. I just wanted it as I ordered it. I wanted them to make my sandwich right. Racist people shouldn’t be interacting with customers (to be ofending them?)

One time me and my mom went there for breakfast. I asked for a light mocha in my coffee. They screwed my order up with so much mocha. The mocha was 3 quarters of the cup. Another time was when I ordered chicken fries and onion rings. The onion rings i ate made me sick to my stomach. Then I almost vomited.

It’s fast food so forgive the stars reflecting the nature of the business. I have a really great opinion of this place. The food’s great if youre okay with being fat and the cost & service is absolutely reasonable.
If you want to spend a fortune go to Five Guys or or Chipotle. If you’re on a budget you won’t feel robbed at the BK Lounge, where you are the Kong and are expected to have it your way.
