Sorry, “Bread Co”… Way too much money for a you pick 2 and drink for $20! Where did the drink station and seating go? There is no drive through and now no dine-in anymore. Used to have generous portion sizes and a cozy neighborhood-friendly vibe. No more – very sterile and expensive. The woman at the counter was super friendly and lovely (5 Stars dor her! ⭐️ )

I get my food and I only got 3 napkins. I requested more napkins and was blatantly told no buy a staff member.
I asked why and she told me they are short on napkins. So, I asked for a clean towel to use and they said they only had one and I could have one. You have to laugh but that isn’t good service. It make you wonder about the cleanliness of the restaurant as whole because they have no napkins or towel for customer or workers to use…….
Even the napkin holders are empty. I don’t want to ask about the bathroom toilet paper or paper towels to clean yourself or dry your hands. I’m not going to take a journey in there to find out the hard way….
I do want to thank the lady cook! Food taste great despite of what I’m sharing with everyone.
Just thinking, I’m worried for the customers during the mid-day, lunch and dinner rush. It will be finger licking only around this deal.

The only reason for the lower star rating is that there’s was no dining room or public restrooms. We came in while traveling from out of town to the hospital with a child and a baby, so this made things more difficult for us. If we had known in advance, we would have gone somewhere else.

Ordered (2) large bowls French Onion soup, large salad. grilled cheese sandwich, large salad to go. The grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled and had rubber cheese, french onion soup was cold with zero cheese covering top of soup, and the salad was tiny. (see photos). The cost was close to $29. Not worth the money. Next time I will support the local small businesses as you get better food quality and prices. Positive side cashier’s were helpful and professional. Negative side food prep, food quality was terrible.

I live about 3 blocks away, and i used to go here a long time ago, and it was just an unbearable and unreliable experience.
HOWEVER, now that it has gone to “pick up only” it is so much better. The staff is friendly, the food comes out looking good and is on time. The shelves aren’t just empty. Im very happy this place is back on track, at least in my book, bc its quick and easy. Would go back, and would recommend 🙂

I bought a coffee yesterday and when I went to dump the rest out I found a paper towel at the bottom of my coffee that’s nasty and of course they gave no explanation or apologizes. The first incident before this one the worker was loud and rude very unprofessional towards and I wasn’t even talking to anyone or asking any questions I was putting my order in the kiosk.

Typical Bread Co, no problems and great service. I would recommend it. Clean tables and restrooms. I went at 2 on a Saturday and it was quiet. First time I’ve tried this location and it was great.

Badly managed, slow and dirty. 10 minutes to get to counter. Manager likes to argue with customers. I heard they got a new gm at this location but obviously not the right choice. Unfortunately there are no other stores close so I went again to this location. Dirty like most visits, and out of coffee at 8 am, had to wait foe more. Find someone to run this store properly or get the regional in there until one can be found. Don’t let your reputation suffer because of this.

Least enjoyable trip to a Bread Co. I’ve had. 11 workers and the manager, only three customers and it took 20 minutes for already prepared bakery items and a chai tea, which was 3/4 full and barely hot. I’m all for people having fun at work, but only two were actually working while everyone else was goofing around, including the manager.
