My Hardee’s is his currently featuring what they’re calling an Italian beef . Give me a break this is by far the worst excuse for an Italian beef sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Relish on an Italian beef and relish made with carrots at that? Please somebody send these people to Chicago and teach them how to make a real Italian beef sandwich, on real crunchy Italian bread not on a hoagie and please where’s the garlic? And it’s $8 so don’t waste your money

I don’t go to Hardee’s often as the prices have gotten out of hand. I went to a sit down restaurant tonight and got a double mushroom Swiss burger with fries for less than a single mushroom Swiss combo at Hardee’s. Yes it’s good food but it’s too expensive for fast food. A milkshake was $5. That’s unreal. Not a large, just the only size they have.

5/5 star. Hidden gem. I’m a frequent visitor from Chicago as I have family here. My grandfather liked Hardee’s so we tried it for breakfast. It was truly one of the BEST breakfasts I’ve had anywhere. I’m not kidding. The food was clearly just made, hot, fresh. Plenty of sauce for my burrito and generous amounts of powder on my French toast. It was so good I even ordered more food! The $55 meal was WELL worth it and the value was exceptional. The products looked just like the advertisements. I’m blown away and speechless. The morning crew was unbelievable professional and welcoming. You just don’t see this kind of things anymore. I can’t say enough great things about my experience NOTE: this was the Friday morning breakfast crew. The staff was incredible. Every seat was taken, cars backed onto the street, lot full. The place was HOPPING and the staff was moving fast. It’s CLEAR the town recognizes the leadership and quality of this morning crew. Someone share this review of them. You guys made my day and I can’t wait to come back. The orange juice was ICE cold and smooth which made things even better. Freshest I’ve ever had. Very well done. You’re better than Chicago dining! The manager up front did an awesome job managing everything! All employees gave it 100%. Two suggestions. 1) napkin dispenser near drinks. 2) a drive through that is not so tight. Our pickup wouldn’t fit during dinner time (same day) so we had to leave. You gotta fix the drive thru please. Applaud the morning crew. Everything was cooked just right. Not overcooked, not undercooked. Just perfect. The hashbrown bites were 100% perfect. All the food was just perfect. Even the bacon on my sandwich. Not hard or crunchy but moist and juicy. Blows away all the breakfast restaurants in town.

Me and my mother went here today on a trip and we wanted to get something to eat. We got 2 chicken wraps, a Hot Ham and Cheese sandwich and some fries. We waited over 15 minutes for our food even after we had to pull up, the lady at the drive thru didn’t give us our food and was giving other people’s food while forgetting about us and the person behind us. The person who works here should be fired because obviously she forgets about people’s food and didn’t even apologize because my mom was forced to get out of the car and pick it up. The food was good but the service was terrible, there was no reason for us to wait 15 minutes or longer for fast food.

Superior Star owned franchisee and quietly poorly ran. Everyone working here today seemed miserable to be there, and if they didn’t look it, they said it verbally. Very understaffed and so much so the regular operation items (drink station and trash receptacles) were left unattended. For what is likely the busiest day of the year, they really need to do a better job of staffing the demand. We felt bad for those working through it all. Likely the last time we stop by here for breakfast.

Waited in line in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes per car. Backed up to roadway. I would have gone elsewhere if I would have known the long wait between each customer. Food is great. Service in need of a lot of work. Do better!!!

The only 2 things good about the Hardee’s in Harrisburg is clean and warm. The staff took (so far) an hour for our food. They then said it was not their fault. They stood and talked to each other at the counter instead of taking care of their customers. Horrible to them when the had complains.

Absolute horrible customer service skills by the lady pretending to be a manager! Ordered a strawberry milkshake, and when I took a drink of it, all I could taste was soured milk. My husband went inside to give them the shake and get our money back. Milkshakes aren’t cheap. I wanted my money back. They only thing they would offer me is to make me a new one from the same batch of spoiled mixture. The person at the drive through didn’t give me a receipt but said she could go grab it from the back but the lady at the front said “No, we can’t do that. If you can’t provide a receipt then we can’t do anything.” This lady swore she was the best milkshake maker in town. She was covered in homemade yellow painted Hardee’s clothes. Painted jacket, painted apron, painted pants. My husband threw the milkshake away and walked out. I decided to take care of the issue and happened to go into the store when the district/area manager was there and she took care of the issue no problem. This lady still proceeded to argue with me while her main manager was standing in front of her! The “homemade” uniform is a taky look. I really hope all that paint isn’t chipping off into peoples food. The younger girl was so polite and the other older lady with curly hair was also polite! But the lady with the makeshift outfit was just awful and had a horrible attitude. Thank you to the area Manager for making this right! Because of her I MIGHT visit this Hardee’s again.
