We bought a meatball sub on Friday. The meatballs were old and stale. We tried to call Saturday at lunch time, no one answered the phone, so my husband went down and talked to them in person. The staff said they don’t have a phone and the owners won’t allow them to have one. Went there and the meatballs were still the same ones as the day before. The server checked the meatballs and there was no sticker stating when the meatballs were made as per health code regulations. My husband then got in touch with the manager and explained the situation professionally. The manager said she would take care of it promptly and thanked me for calling and letting her know. The phone number on the receipt didn’t match the phone number to the store.

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are really about, but they did deter me for a bit from going to this location as well as how small the outside is… despite that we decided to give it a try. Walked into a clean facility, everything in the dining room was kept up and though it’s small there’s some room to eat if you wanted. Employees were friendly and we were immediately greeted with a smile by Andrew! He didn’t speed through or go super slow making the subs, but took the time to make them just right. Everything I could see behind the counter was nicely kept and clean. There were complaints of how they charge for their food, but we did not have any issues. Sandwiches were well put together, fresh and delicious. We will stop again.

I placed an online order to pickup for my boyfriend and I to have for dinner. I went on the app and noticed they were open until 10– so I placed the order at 8:38. Saw the order was confirmed and placed so we got ready and drove out there. When we got there the sign was off and when I opened the app I saw that it was voided?! I understand not wanting to be there late but I placed it OVER an hour before close which is just unacceptable. They refunded the order but wtaf I wasted not only gas but also time.

The service is fine and the building is clean. They never seem to have enough chips out and their oven never heats up the sandwiches enough. But the ingredients seem fresh and that’s all that really matters. I do wish they had more indoor seating and more parking, but it’s a small place.

First time coming to this location. There were 2 employees doing small side tasks, no customers. The door got stuck as we entered and the female employee was quick to slam the door behind us, yet we didn’t get addressed as we waiting 2 minutes for someone to take our order. As we stand there for 2 minutes, I told them we are ready to order as they both look at each other and one said he was busy with the money while the other employee is filling up sweet tea. Shane then came to the counter saying “what do you want”. After he took our order, no apologizes for our wait after not addressing us since entering the store.

They were quick on making 2 subs. I got 2 large drinks which is 40 oz and instead they gave me 1, 16.9 oz and 1, 10 oz. Said I could only get one each. payed 6 dollars for 2 drinks I could of got for a dollar at any store. Honestly pathetic and absolutely ridiculous.

A few things…

Pros: This Subway is easy to spot from a moving vehicle.
They were also carrying veggie patties that day and that’s one of my go-to items whenever I hit up a Subway restaurant.
Subway has a variety of food choices to choose from and — you most certainly fall into this category if you are vegan / vegetarian or pescatarian.
Food was properly handled to my observation.

Cons: Customer service was extremely poor.
Restaurant capacity is really really small.
A little bit more detail about my first time experience here —
I received snarky and insulting remarks from the two employees that were working during that shift, which I have never heard or experience before from any other Subway locations in the past.
Employees seemed more engaged in conversing with one another with continuous insult about my food choice.

Due to the nature of more Cons based on my experience here, I will probably never return to this Subway location.
