There was an issue with my catering order not going through that the system didn’t inform me of until the morning of. Shoutout to Precious, who patiently dealt with my panicked phone calls, called supervisors, and even texted with me to get the details of the order right to ensure I could still feed my people. The man at the counter was very nice and very prompt, however we waited over 30 minutes for two mac and cheese’s to go. It was not busy. Only a few people waiting. Everyone was waiting for a long time. It was ridiculous. We weren’t in a hurry but others left because there was such a wait. The cooks were not using gloves either!

Unfortunately, I think the staff are doing the best they can. They need more help. Noodles and Company should be doing more to get workers so the place is efficient and clean. Corporate/Management problem, not staff.
The 3 staff members were constantly working to take orders, make food, deliver food, and clean tables. They were doing their best it’s just that they didn’t have enough time or staff to keep up while also collecting the dirty dishes and restocking supplies.
Again, not the staff’s fault, Noodles and Company needs to fix this.

I just walked in there tonight at 8 PM and stood there for five minutes while they cashier turned and ignored me. I’m dressed nice, I look nice, I have a smile on my face. Not once did she even acknowledged that I was at the counter And she was horridly dumping food. The worst experience ever here. It was horrible.

I went to dinner with my family. It was my first time visiting this place, and I was curious. But it didn’t meet my expectations. After ordering, we chose our table and saw that there was dirt under the tables because we had found food on the floor underneath them. My wife and daughters each ordered a Mediterranean salad. When it was brought to our table, my wife and daughters realized that their salad was missing chicken and feta cheese. We went to ask to staff. They gave us chicken, but they said the feta cheese was gone. It was poor service because they forgot to include chicken in all three Mediterranean salads and no explained to us that the feta cheese was gone when we placed our order; my family would have chosen something else from the menu, something that had all the ingredients available.
My family has no desire to return ever again. Also, the price is not so cheap as not to include all the ingredients.
