Since this place has opened my
Family has wanted to try it but, they were always soo busy… so today was the day we tried it. For my daughter husband and I dinner was 60$!! We got 2 build your own grill cheese and we added Mac and cheese to them and the noodles could of been cooked longer they were kinda hard and sticky and a bit dry.. and a Mac bowl that was suppose to be the rib meat but They were outta the rib meat and pepperoni. We got the little pepperoni bites and they were $4.25 for 3 of them. Not to mention the tater tots were cold and freezer burnt… and the pepperoni bites were burnt and super hard.. the gentleman kindly got us some new ones. The tater tots were hot but still tasted freezer burnt. The pepperoni bites were good. The staff was very friendly won’t complain there haha. But this place is over priced and not all it’s hyped up to be.. actually very disappointed!! Save your self the disappointment, and go next door to Wendy’s and get a 4 for 4$..

First timer, dining area looks fine. The staff were friendly and helpful with ordering.
I got a grilled cheese and it was delicious and filling.
The Mac bites are good as well.
The tator tots could have been cooked longer for some crisp and the cheese sauce that came with was cold and runny.
All in all, a good meal, but next time I’ll stick with a sandwich or a bowl and skip the sides

Decided to try it without checking reviews, huge mistake. The food was not very good. Noodles were very cold with lukewarm sauce. Chicken bites in the pasta was cold in the center. Mac n cheese bites were burnt on the bottom.
And flies everywhere. It’s impossible to get away from the flies. They’re all over you as you swat them and wonder why on earth you’re wasting time eating cold mac and cheese while feeling like you’re in a horse barn.
Workers everywhere but a lot of nothing happening behind the counter. Questionable food safety practice with them handling hair, hats, and other things without swapping gloves.
Add it’s EXPENSIVE for mediocre mac and cheese, even if all these problems were resolved. I’d have been fine with the price IF the food was of adequate quality to warrant it.

Great place for comfort food. I ❤️ Mac & Cheese was absolutely the best. Great atmosphere outstanding service. The manager showed us there daily specials which made our decision alot easier for our Mac & cheese bowl for our first time here. Worth every spoon full. I had the short rib bowl combo with there robust tomato soup was so flavorful. Will be back for our next family dinner or even lunch.

Mac and cheese sandwiches are Huge and way worth the price cheese is runny and hot meat it’s delicious. service is excellent, employees are always smiling and happy. will be coming back

Wasn’t quite the experience we were hoping for. The staff were teen boys goofing around and couldn’t seem to focus. We had to repeat ourselves many times. The build your own bowl
( I had green chile and chicken) is quite pricey and having no sides or drink included, so you’ll pay extra for those bringing the cost to over 14.00. My meal didn’t heat thoroughly, leaving cold spots throughout. The kids meals ( really toddler size) were very small like the instant mac bowls and came with a drink for 6.25. After eating the kids were still hungry, so we ordered cookies and I gave them my cheesecake bites. The cookies were nice and soft but unfortunately both the cookies and the cheesecake bites had a horrible chemical aftertaste. The kids all spat them out and refuse to eat them. This not having been my ideal experience, I kept my mouth shut so I wouldn’t ruin their experience but the kids didn’t hesitate in saying that they didn’t care to eat here a second time.
I’d suggest you take the $50+ youd spend and make your own macaroni and cheese. Let the kids put their own toppings on and have a fun experience at home. The kids definitely won’t go away hungry.
Hopefully after time some of the kinks will get worked out and maybe others will have a better experience.

Went in and the workers were just playing around. No big deal. As I’m waiting for my food the workers are bouncing around flipping their hair near the food. Red flag. Shouting over food also kinda odd because spittle. Then two employees went out from behind the counter while wearing gloves to try food an employee I’m assuming was on break was eating in the lobby (also not with utensils just fingers). They then continued handling food with those same gloves they were eating with on. I was hesitant to take the food but being on a time crunch I did. Got to my car and the order was completely wrong. Went back inside and wanted a refund. He couldn’t do it and had to call his boss. The owner Kyle wanted to speak to me on the phone and I had to explain why I wanted a refund. I also let him know about them eating food with gloves they used to handle customers food with. He claimed he refunded the amount and would text me a receipt. I still am waiting on that receipt and I’ll check my card to see if it actually was refunded. I get it kids will talk while making food. No big deal. But if my entire order is wrong and you’re making health code violations that’s a problem. Gross.
Just updating to say they never issued my refund either. I’ve contacted my card company.
