We spent 40$ on our food and ultimately received the amount of kids meals; our chicken strips were half the size of those we’ve recieved previously, even recently from there.We were charged incorrectly for our food, and for extra items we didn’t ant. Additionally, when this issue was brought to the staffs attention over the phone the staff was extremely rude, didn’t posses problem solving skills, and acted as though they were above our issues. We have frequented this establishment and this is not the first time something like this has happened to us or we have been treated poorly by the staff.

Ordered was all kinds of messed up. Burger has ranch/mayo all over the bottom. Chicken tenders barely coated with sauce. You gotta yell at the drive thru for them to hear you. Can’t get napkins or straws or even my receipt poor kid at the window looks to hate his job or hates people rude as all get out. Not the first time this has happened. Everything tasted fine. One double cheeseburger ordered without ketchup came with ketchup. We discovered upon getting home. One burger only came as a combo with fries and drink and an increased price.
Service was very fast, food fresh cooked, staff are friendly.

Worst DQ I’ve ever been to. They require you to order on app and put everything in paper holders and bags. Every order. That is so much waste. I pointed it out to the teenage worker and manager and got a bad attitude from both. Every seat in the place is ripped up and old. The place is disgusting. Do better.

This was the most absolute worst food I have ever eaten at Dairy Queen!!!! I arrived in the drive through at 11:05 am. I got my food at 11:20 am. The cashier was very rude. My cheeseburger was cold, french fries cold, and my drink had almost no ice in it!!!! My pretzels tasted like rubber!!!!! Thank God Sonic has ice cream, pretzels, and burgers and fries and awesome drinks!!!! This facility is absolutely awful!!!!!

The lady at the counter was quick with our order and had it right out to us. Very glad to see they have added the new drink machine to the lobby with all of the different flavors of drinks! Another great DQ! I asked for extra Cookie dough in my blizzard this time as I wanted a little change and they did not disappoint! Food, ice cream and drinks were perfect. They have the Freestyle Coke machine at this one so there are tons of drink options including zero sugar

We swung through the Dairy Queen drive-thru to cool off, and it hit the spot! The ice cream was creamy and refreshing—just what we needed. Service was quick and friendly, even with a bit of a line.
Best part? They didn’t forget our pup! The free pup cup made our dog’s night too. It’s the little touches like that that keep us coming back.
