The food was ok. Want a fan of the French toast casserole but I did like the cowboy casserole though it was s touch on the spicy side too me. My only complaints were the pricing. I know everybody had to s profit but 2 dollars for a can of soda or 4 bucks for a bottle is a bit much.

The Mrs. and I went out on an in state road trip and stumbled across this absolutely amazing place. We met the owner and she was an incredibly nice and energetic person. We had missed her locally sourced breakfast but, the hot dogs and the gourmet condiment cart were on point. We will be returning often.

If you visit Barren River Lake and don’t stop at Paradise Point, you’ve missed a great opportunity for great food and a fun experience.
I’ve been here several times and every time I forget how fun and funky the space is. So much to see in this eclectic collection of art, signs and repurposed items. It’s like a hippy compound complete with fun and meaningful signs to remind us how to be good humans.
The breakfast and brunch options never disappoint. I had the Paradise in a Bowl It’s all my favorites conveniently served in a bowl. Biscuits and gravy, hash brown casserole, grits ready to fill your tummy. But you can’t go wrong with any of their offerings.
The staff is warm and ready to help answer all your questions. The coffee hot and bold, at least the Dark roast.
This place is a staple for the locals and when we visit our Lake friends we love sharing this eatery with them. I love lake time, and this place is the perfect start to my day on the water.

Great place for breakfast and treats. Not a huge menu, but everything excellent! If you’re hungry go for the “Paradise in a bowl” .. John and his wife have a great place to eat, relax and spend some time. Highly recommend checking this out

Where the locals hang! Esoteric, strangely wonderful, like Alice in a hippy-dippy Wonderland. Get an all-beef hotdog, some chips, and any kind of drink. Don’t forget a cookie/muffin/cupcake or some soft-serve ice cream to finish it off. Pet friendly!

Can’t beat a warm hot dog and a cold ski under a tin roof patio with the rain providing the music for the day. Great place, super friendly.

Enjoyed breakfast there during the off-season. The eggs were great – my wife had the cowboy casserole and I had the burrito. Just the right amount of spice, etc. Decaf was really good, too, which was a welcome surprise.
Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the muffin we bought was pretty much stale and not worth eating. I’m guessing they made up one batch on Saturday and by Sunday it had sat out too long. After being encouraged by the owner to pick something out – its all good – it was a disappointment that it shouldn’t have been sold.
