This is the worse subway anywhere! I have stopped there 3 times and all 3 times they didn’t have meat, or bread, couldn’t even make a sandwich. This place needs to be shut down- sold to new management and the health department needs to make sure the place is cleaned up. All three times I have walked out because there options was not worth the wait or money

I’m giving it two stars because are coupon didn’t work and they manually done it. Plus I’ve been here many times and it’s like a hit or miss on service.
This last time I went it was HORRIBLE!
-We went to order what we wanted and once it was starting to make the we’re out of so many sides.
-Didn’t change Gloves
-Flys everywhere
-There was food all aver the counter like they don’t know how to clean up
-There was a huge line like they didn’t know what they were doing
If the FDA went in there they wound approve of the mess. Just saying :/
People might think you shouldn’t have continued the order: I waited forever, I drove 30 minutes to get the food and I was pretty hungry. We had like 5 sandwiches made.

I don’t even know how this place is open. Same as everyone else. Barely any meat, lettuce, onion, pickles. Been here a few times now and they always have several missing things. I will NEVER go back to this subway. EVER!!!!!

My last several visits where absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Why do I still go back? Chalk it up to convenience, only sub sandwich in town, and stupidity!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! The last 2 months they barely have any ingredients to make a sandwich. It’s not isolated to just one item. It’s always multiple things including meats, vegetables, and breads. And today they only had 2 drink choices! CLOSE THE DOORS AND DO US A FAVOR!!!

“Do you love a Lettuce & bread Sandwich? Toaster works, my coworker doesn’t though. That chair there is for our candy crush sessions while you wait. How do you feel about provo….wait, we are out of that! We do have 3 slices of pepper jack though! Our apologies on being totally out of meat, I know it happened last week, the week before that, and well, according to online reviews for the last 2 years. We will serve it to you in a walmart bag, because we are out of bags too! Drinks? We have bottle water, but that’s an upcharge on the meal. As for the fountain machine? You guessed it, out. I’ll sell you the meal before I mention that though. They say if it weren’t for that Interstate location with no electricity in the mountains of West Virginia, we would’ve won worst nationwide. Seriously sooooo close! Gimme just a sec, I’ve got a massive booger and then I’ll get you Walmart Bagged up! That’ll be *smokers cough intensifies as I clutch the vape dangling from my neck* $14.23. Oh, meal of the day? Yeah, it cant possibly be charged as that because we are out of the ham and it specifically says ham. Can we move this along, my boyfriend and grandmother are waiting for me in booth 3. You can just hit $2 on the tip screen. Thanks!”

From what I’ve read on the reviews I guess I’m not the only one. This Subway never has anything literally. How do you make a sandwich with nothing but bread? Also the sandwiches you get are nasty! Oh by the way you could beat someone to death with the hard ass bread at this place! I was told the manager Sherry does the ordering. Sounds like they need a new manager. Obviously she is incompetent to order what is needed. I would suggest just closing the doors! The owner needs to give up and throw the towel in! What a disgrace!!!!!! By the way cooperate doesn’t answer to file a complaint. So I hope every one reads reviews and shuts this so called subway down!!!!! Disgusting to say the least!!!

Tried going here twice in the last month, the first time they had no bread like at all, yesterday we went and waited in line for 25 MINUTES, just to be told all they had was tuna and ham! Maybe put a sign up stating that so you’re not wasting peoples times, I’m not sure what’s going on subway but something needs to happen/change cause I’m seeing tons of other reviews saying the same and it’s ridiculous

If it gave me the option I would not even give this place a 1! Every time I have been in there the last month or longer they have been out of breads, meats, marinara/meatballs and Pizza Sub is my favorite! Last week they weren’t expecting CASH! I went in tonight and of course out of marinara! They really need to get it together! Maybe get new management to keep things in stock!! I really hate to have to drive 30 minutes to get a sub, but looks like that’s the only option!!

Sitting here staring at every worker play around and talk profanity while I wait on an online order that no one is fulfilling. I gotta pick up my kids from school so now I’m gonna be late. Super unprofessional. 23 minutes after placing this online order telling me they discontinued cucumbers. Never coming here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s 7:32pm 11/29/24. I just waited in line to order and as I was waiting I watched a young man that worked here, walk to the trash can with a customer and he reached his hand down In the trash can and pulled a sandwich out and looked at it…threw it back in the can and walked right behind the counter and started making another sandwich. Even though he put a pair of gloves on before making it, he didn’t wash his hands…which were dirty before touching the gloves. I walked right out and will not be back. That is very gross.
