The food is great, and the prices are good, except the portions are extremely small. The service was friendly, but they were having some issue (not sure, probably shorthanded or an equipment issue), so the wait time was pretty significant. But they tossed in free ice cream for our wait. Sometimes it can’t be helped.
I had the chicken bowl, which is essentially chicken pot pie with a biscuit on top. I had mac n cheese on the side, with cherry cobbler. All very delicious.
My husband had the mac n cheese with BBQ entree, green beans on the side, and also the cherry cobbler. He felt the same as me: good food, just wanted twice as much of everything!
Cute restaurant. Very nice staff. Convenient location. Fun stop for a snack, but probably not the best choice for dinner if you’re starving.
The entree and side selections are very limited, but there is an overwhelming selection of desserts. Everything from cookies to pudding to, you guessed it, every cobbler you can imagine.
Each table has a game or two to play while you wait. Tic Tac Toe, bowling, dominoes, etc. So that’s fun.

I was visiting my Dad in Alabama and he was in the hospital and he wanted a blackberry cobbler from this store so all of us went and it was so amazing! The food was great and the service was excellent! The tabletop games made it even more fun! We appreciate your service and look forward to stopping there next time we are in town. Highly recommend eating here to anyone looking for great food and superior service. Thank you so much!!!

First time in the shoppe and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and colorful The Peach Cobbler Factory was. I had heard about it but really had no idea what to expect, portion sizes, prices or what exactly a cobbler was. . As it was lunch time I opted for the Savory Chicken Cobbler & Mac N Cheese along with coffee. And won a Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit bowl. Overall the food was good but I would have liked to have had more meat in the breakfast bowl. For anyone who has never ate one of their cobblers, imagine the cobbler itself similar to a pot pie but filling up a tall bowl with a biscuit on top. Staff was very friendly and the Springville site offers a wide variety of cobblers, cobbler shakes, puddings, cinnamon rolls, cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, ice cream and drinks Expect to pay $6 – $8 for most items.

This is the go to spot if you’re in the Springville area and craving something sweet but don’t want the same old fast-food desserts. The menu has everything from cobblers and cookies to cheesecakes and banana puddings. They offer sooo many different toppings the only negative thing about going there is the time it takes me to make a decision! Wow, very delicious food! Tried the Mac and Meat with chicken and some blackberry cobbler. The chicken was so tasty and the blackberry cobbler was amazing! Their butter biscuits are delicious. Can’t wait to try some other items!!

I got the peach cobbler with ice cream. It was delicious . The cobbler tasted like my grandmother’s. The young lady that waited on me was healthful and very friendly. She was one of the most pleasant people I have met. She even won my puppy over when she handed her a puppy cup. How is that for salesmanship. Good job

Definitely was not impressed with the peach cobbler. Just taste like bread and peaches. No cinnamon or warm flavor at all. The breading was raw like. Very expensive just for a small cup. The apple butter cinnamon roll was good but too much liquid. The paper on the bottom got soggy and was afraid we would eat the paper I probably would not add paper to that.
