Great pizza! We came to town from Canada for a quick trip and found this gem. Great deep dish pizza! Service was great, they accommodated our dinner during a busy time as well. We will be back on our next road trip through!

For a restaurant like green Mill having the bartender serve tables probably isn’t the best idea. I know staffing shortages can cause these types of situations, but that’s just my opinion. Other than that, the food is good

We had several apps, burger & wings which were fabulous. Craig , the manager stopped by our table to welcome us which was so nice and our server Zach was wonderful. He was so attentive and sweet. We will be visiting more often! Thank you for the hospitality.

We had a very disappointing experience at Green Mill in Hudson. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and at the time there was only one other family in the dining area and two people at the bar. With such low volume, we expected fairly quick service.
Our waiter was prompt in taking our order, which we appreciated. However, after ordering, it took over an hour for our food to arrive — a burger, chicken tenders, and a calzone. The menu states the calzone takes about 20 minutes, so we understood that might take a little longer, but over an hour seemed excessive given how slow the restaurant was.
Unfortunately, the food quality did not make up for the wait. The burger was overcooked, the chicken tenders were dry, and the calzone was overcooked on the outside but still doughy on the inside.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and we will not be returning.

My husband and I visit here every time we travel, we order the bruschetta and cheese curds both are very good and fresh. The sweet heat street tacos are made with perfectly cooked chicken and the slices of avocado are fresh every single time. The inside is a little outdated but still a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Great menu. There for lunch on a thurs. The cilantro lime shrimp street tacos and the chipotle chicken street tacos were some of the best we’ve ever had. Cheese curds and marinara were terrific as well.

Used to frequent the Roseville Green Mill for their chicken garlic pizza and football game watching atmosphere. While the pizzas have changed a lot, and the only TVs are in the bar area (See pic) in Hudson, the staff are friendly and attentive and happy hour prices are reasonable. I wish they had a good Czech style Pilsner on tap… the only other choice for me is the summit ipa (see pic). Ordered the chicken Alfredo deep dish. See pics. A little less mozzarella and a bit more feta or blue cheese would be good. On my pizza the edges were well done but the center crust was still too raw. Need hotter stone. There was no burnt spots so that was awesome. See pics.

Very good food! Only thing I would add is that if someone in the dining party has a cane, please don’t sit them clear across the restaurant. We were led past about 20 empty tables for a table all clear across the restaurant from the door. I understand there might be reasons (balance out number of diners per servers, for example, but it was hard for my husband to walk that whole way.)
