The food is usually good. The staff used to be friendly. Our last couple of visits have been pretty bad. The chairs are falling apart, the tables are sticky and being held up by napkins, rolls of stickers, and cardboard cup cozy’s, the booths have crust on them…the floors were littered with food and junk. The soda machine are dripping with over flowing ice and soda, the coffee and tea bar is always sparse if it is even available. The tea/lemonade area has been consistently sparse if set up at all. When walking in we aren’t greeted. The employees seem miserable. I really wish I could write a better review because I used to love this place. I shut down my Sip Club membership because I loathe going to this store (it’s closest). Please clean it up. Please care. I’d hate to see it gone but I have been going to other locations because this one is so bad.

I am a big fan of Panera products, but I am not sure what has happened to this specific location. It seems to be suffering from a significant downturn in energy and service.
I visited early in the morning after my walk, and the experience was very discouraging. The person behind the counter was unkempt and approached me as if serving me was a problem. After I gave my order, she simply stared at me before bagging my bagels without a word.
I also tried to use a coupon—as I frequent many Panera stores and order online often—but she told me I could not use it because it was not lunchtime. When I pointed out that the coupon did not indicate a time restriction, her attitude and appearance were so corrosive that I did not even want to pursue the discussion.
To make matters worse, when I got to my car, I realized there was a hole at the bottom of the bag and part of my order was missing. I actually considered walking out during the transaction, and after this experience, I truly wish I had. This was a very disappointing visit for a regular customer.

My husband went into this restaurant and saw a lady who turned out to be the manager come in from outside through the front door and go straight to the oven to grab cookies. He asked her, ‘How come you didn’t wash your hands after coming in from outside?’ She replied, ‘I had to get the cookies out.’
He told her, ‘I understand that, but you just came from outside and that’s unsanitary.’
Her response? ‘I know what I need to be doing. If you don’t feel comfortable eating here, then don’t.’
This is extremely unprofessional. If a customer sees you make a mistake, the bare minimum is to apologize and correct it. We’re all human errors happen but arguing with a customer after doing something unsanitary is ridiculous. It’s like she doesn’t understand how germs spread.

The service was good. We got our food in a reasonable time and it was fresh and tasty. The bread bowl was a little tough to chew but tasted great! The tables were pretty dirty so that factor determined where we sat (the cleanest table), but it was good and we will definitely go back.

Only one ordering tablet working, the associate she seemed bothered to take order. No patience. My mom order the roasted turkey avocado warm. She pulled the old lettuce, tomato and almost old avocado out.
I ordered the warm Greek chicken bowl. It was cold , rice cold .
So we passed a customer on the way in who was throwing a whole tray of food ( flatbread untouched) into the trash. That should have been a sign.
It’s not the staff working there. They are working. But the problem starts with leadership. If no one inspects what is expected this is going to get worse. The baked goods counter and shelves are empty. It’s PANERA BREAD?

I just went in and I wasn’t even acknowledged when I had been standing there. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet me, it was like I was invisible. I didn’t get food obviously. I guess they don’t want customers to come back. Maybe it was because I’m a different race. But that was flat out rude. I won’t be back.

Atmosphere is in dire need of a revamp. here. No energy, lack of enthusiasm. Staff are lazy and lethargic. Empty bagel shelves at 9am, longer than usual wait times. Restaurant is messy and needs a deep clean. Hijacked music system. Management needs an overhaul. Been dining here for 15+ years, it has hit rock bottom.

Was our first time trying Panera – we were looking forward to it. But we walked in at 7:29 p.m. – their store hours say they’re open until 9:00 p.m. They quickly informed us that they were no longer making food this evening ♀️ We will not be returning. We’ve always loved Panera, but this one is a huge disappointment, & quite honestly we are not sure how this location even passes health inspections. Restaurant is absolutely filthy every single time we go in. Dirty floors, crumbs all over the place, nasty, sticky tables & chairs, trashcans over flowing, booth seats & chairs are all torn apart & disgusting. We were appalled! I keep trying to give this location a chance, the benefit of a doubt, primarily because it’s so close to where we live & like to shop, but no more. With each visit I grow more & more disgusted. The owner of this franchise should be absolutely embarrassed & ashamed. So disappointing.
