Dairy Queen Grill And Chill has one of the best foods and ice cream around and one of the oldest as well 85 years of being in business assosiatted with their ice cream the most and I’ll agree as well best ice cream in the world so far . I’ve tried a lot of ice cream in my time and I’ve never had a brand that has beaten Dairy Queens ice cream . So if your here in Philly or just stopping by make sure you stop at Dairy Queen here in New Philadelphia Ohio 44663 . Oh and I can’t forget about the owners and their employes . They have top notch when it comes to customer service as well as respectful employees. I like to see people also look at stocks and bonds with Dairy Queen 85 years of business its worth looking at . I went today to buy 80 dollars worth of gift cards. I was denied service because I was paying with cash. Im not sure what this world has come to that we dont except cash. My bank gives me the bills but being told to go to speedway to get change for a bill from my bank makes me very upset! I would not recommend anyplace any moore that does not except cash they have markers and machines so I guess wendys wins this one atleast they except cash rant over ! Don’t waste your time comeing here !!!!

When my gf and I first ordered we both ordered a kids meal and she wanted to substitute a blizzard for her ice cream treat. Now, rules may have changed but she has done this countless times and just been charged slightly more for her meal. She just ordered it separately and we tried to let it go but when we went to get our orders we were informed they were out of water bottles which is fine so we ordered pop. I got a small while she got an extremely small sized drink. I don’t know which was the correct size but how can I receive a regular small and she gets such a small amount of product when we both were getting the same thing replaced? When the dude at the drive thru said “the fries are really really hot”, the fries were warm to say the very least but got cold in under a minute.On the drive home I went to eat my ice cream, a soft serve vanilla cone, and it was chewy. The vanilla ice cream part wasn’t just ice and crunchy it was chewy like fudge. Not a good experience to go to at all, never come here.

I ordered barbecue chicken strips and I got chicken strips with 1 barbecue dipping sauce. I didn’t want crispy, but it was . My onion rings were 3 different colors so I’m guessing they were from 3 different fryers or fry times. Only one half piece of bread. Seriously?

I walked in the women’s restroom and it was flooded with everything you can imagine coming from the toilet. I told the workers and they laughed about it. I talked to the manager and I’ve been waiting a month now for the owner to call me back. I went home threw my shoes away, Nike slides, and washed my feet then used rubbing alcohol on them. The owner is worthless to me and doesn’t care about the customer. I will never go back! I don’t suggest anyone else go either. The Dairy Queen in Bolivar is much nicer and more friendly associates.

Honestly. I was very impressed I’ve been coming here for years and the worse thing that’s ever happened is they forget my sauce cups. But today was absolutely amazing. Isaiah stemple did an absolutely amazing job at customer service and making sure we were taken care of. And your kitchen was on it.

They didn’t turn my blizzard upside down because it was a puddle in the cup. Ridiculous. I didn’t order a milkshake I ordered a blizzard. I live less than 3 minutes away… why am I getting already melted liquid???
