My first time at Waffle House and I was genuinely impressed overall. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect…a classic comfort done right. Everything was cooked well and full of flavor.
The service was friendly and welcoming. I especially liked how the waitresses call out the food orders verbally, it adds to the energy and gives the place that authentic diner feel.
Great atmosphere, great experience for a first visit. I’ll definitely be back.

Had my first Waffle House experience in November and wanted to give a big shout out to Frank who was working that day for the excellent service and making me feel so welcomed! Not going to lie, I felt pretty intimidated by the menu and Frank made me feel right at home, showed me how to order properly, and even made me a hat when I said I was from Canada. Just all around great vibes!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The cook and server were disgusting prepping food the cook was texting on cell phone the grill was on fire he burned up my food request light bacon and mushrooms for my steak sandwich when I received the food from server she was lost and confused I opened the plate and my food was burned up I asked for her to give me fresh toast never received to make my own Sandwich and she got rude and nasty. Her name is Des she also argued with me and told me no refund would be given I would have talk to management she would not give me a corporate number either. No one should go to this place it should be closed.

Nobody thinks that waffle House is going to be an amazing experience, but If you are hungry at 12:30 am you can be quite limited on choices so here we were… At waffle House expecting the usually mediocre food, unfriendly servers and overall sense of sadness one finds at these locations in the middle of the night. This time was different though because I was told that we had to order at a window and stand outside. Is this supposed to be more efficient? They still had the usual 4 people working this night. All the while there were what I assumed were customers who seemed to be having a party inside. Loud music and laughing was easily heard and seen from outside, only to be interrupted by the occasional break they would take to go outside and smoke weed right beside the door. The girl who took our order was nice but the experience brought my already abysmal expectations to an even lower low. The plywood(hopefully temporary) order out window was especially classy. The 20 percent charge to the new carry out order added ample insult to injury. Do better awful house. We don’t expect much.

When I walked in the restaurant, it smelled clean like someone cares! I had a perfectly cooked meal this morning! The staff is friendly and we were all singing to the music on the jukebox. Was a whole vibe. It’s my favorite location to eat. Thank you for the great food and service!

My grits was GOD AWFUL cold. I ordered to go around 1am and it took 25 min for an all star. Wasn’t too busy. Had 2 orders b4 me. The employees was cool. But my grits???? Yeah im still mad about that. Lumped and Cold.
