We used 3 Sons Italian Restaurant to cater the reception after my father’s funeral service. I worked with Michael Scarafiotti and he was wonderful. We ordered food for 125 people. Michael allowed us to customize the order for the event. The food was outstanding and the service impecable. It was easy to place the order. Delivery was made on time. Portion size was generous and we hand food left over. I highly recommend 3 Sons.

Yum! We will definitely be back. We discovered this gem while driving by and decided to stop in—and we’re so glad we did. I have a gluten allergy, and they had fantastic gluten-free options. Our server was very knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t have, and I have to say, their gluten-free bread was so soft I honestly thought it wasn’t gluten-free (if you know, you know).
I also loved that they had several martini options—not something you see on cocktail menus these days.
The real showstopper, though, was their homemade marinara sauce. Hands down the best I’ve ever had—and that’s saying a lot after having some amazing sauces in the Jersey/NYC area.
Definitely give this place a try—you won’t be disappointed.

I feel like 1 star is overly generous for this review. We showed up yesterday for a reservation for 2 to a mostly empty restaurant and the host was on the phone with an order or some sort. Didn’t acknowledge us or say, “pls give me a minute” or anything basic you might expect from customer service 101. After standing there for several minutes I said, “can we be seated?” and he just waived us towards the bench. After we finally got seated, he spent 5 minutes looking for a menu ?? Again the restaurant was mostly empty–how can you not find a menu?? We receive a “wine list” which looked more like one of those laminate HH cards and had some bargain brand and not much of a selection not to mention it felt like someone spilled wine on it and failed to wipe it off. We ordered old fashions. Aside from the cherry and the orange it taste like bourbon on the rocks..although there was no noticeable ice. The waitress WAS attentive but stated that she was new and wasn’t that familiar w the menu. She did try though. All the food was mediocre, We ordered caprese and the garlic bulb. The toast that came w it I’m pretty sure was that bread you buy that’s pre-toasted and then you heat it up. Pretty much has the texture of stale bread. We ordered a calzone to share. Size was good, flavor decent but nothing to write home about. The only thing is that the menu didn’t mention that there would be a hair embedded inside it. Not on it–IN it. I literally had to pull it out of my mouth like a fishbone. I mentioned this to the waitress middle meal for which she apologized and said she’d talk to the kitchen but no adjustment was made on the check or any presence of a manager to address the issue. I didn’t notice that the owner was entertaining a group in the other room they seemed to be very well attended to. I don’t know how this place stays in business. I guess the bar for Italian food in Colorado is Chef Boyardee….at least you know what to expect with canned past

3 sons is fantastic. Both phone calls I made before going were friendly and helpful. Our server, Kelly, knew the menu and the bar inside and out. She helped guide my wife, who is gluten free, to a fantastic order. We started with the gluten free garlic bread and added mozzarella. The bread was amazing and the red sauce was just… UNREAL!!! We want to order more to bring home, and we can. My calzone and her alfredo dish were fantastic. Met the owner after our meal. We will be back and HIGHLY recommend 3 sons to anyone in the area and folks visiting as well.

So good! We stopped in and had the opportunity to try the new Family Style beef tenderloin marsala and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender with incredibly delicious marsala sauce. It’s going to be offered as a Valentine’s Day Special and I know where I’ll be for Valentine’s dinner! As always, the service was outstanding and a nice glass of chianti rounded out this delectable meal. Thanks 3 Sons for another great dining experience!

We used to go to the one in north denver all the time when I was a child and we were heartbroken when they left. To my surprise this 3 sons has the flavors, service and family atmosphere we’ve loved and missed for so long. Their Italian wedding soup, shrimp scampi and lasagna can not be topped simply the best Italian restaurant in the denver metro area. So excited to move close by and have this more often!

Michael and Megan were connoisseurs of Italian food and good atmosphere. They turned my regular birthday into a celebration and made me a true believer in the 3 Sons brand. Amazing food, good people, and a place where you can imagine so many good experiences to come. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I think we might have come on a bad night?? Leaving kinda curious as to what was happening in the back of the house…and the service was pretty bad..I think a frozen entree would have been better..we got the pasta madonna and the lobster ravioli…big NO.. madonna was supposed to be a pan sauce..was no such sauce it was something mixed w pasta water ..like we don’t even know what kind of flavors were trying to happen.. sorry guys..but this was pretty bad combined w the service being slow with no one there..
