During our stay at the Harbor Club by Hilton in Rodney Bay, we visited Spices of India twice and had a very positive experience overall. On our first night, the restaurant was packed with an hour-long wait, but the professional staff made it easy for us to reserve a spot and return later. The service was exceptional and humble; we even met the Chef as he personally checked on guests. As vegetarians, we initially tried the Biryani and Paneer Makhani; the Paneer was a bit sweet for our taste and the Biryani was just okay, though the Naan was excellent. The ambience is beautiful, and when my fear of reptiles kicked in after spotting a lizard on the outdoor roof, the staff graciously moved us to an indoor table immediately. We returned the next day and were much more impressed by the food, specifically the Veg Hakka Noodles and the Chana Masala with Bhatura, which were absolutely delicious. It is a high-quality establishment with a great atmosphere and top-tier service that we would definitely recommend to others in the area.

Absolutely fantastic food, service and atmosphere. Great value for money and highly recommended. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Even the founders popped over to say hi and have a chat. The food is very good – so good that we went twice and might even do a third visit before our flight back. Stand out dishes are Lamb Xacuti & Goan dishes. But all is very good. The naans & rice also very good.

Everything was above average for spice of India. One of the few places open on a Sunday evening. The flavors popped, the Naan held up while dunking into the malasa. Grab some chili sauce on the side of someone in your party like to spice it up. Drinks were some of the best on the island. A bit pricey for evening, but that seems to be the norm on the island. Stayed for dessert and had some tea, fried chocolate and espresso martini. Fried chocolate reminded me of fried Mexican ice cream.

We have been on the island for a week and this is by far the best food we have eaten.

The service was fantastic as well.

I would highly recommend dining here.

The food was delicious, with authentic flavors that immediately reminded me of Indian cuisine thanks to a friend of mine who is originally from there. The place felt very clean, from what you could see at first glance to the restroom, which always speaks very well of a restaurant.

The service was attentive and quick, although at times a bit rushed, as dishes were taken away as soon as we finished, even one that still had a couple of bites left.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend it!

Came here back to back days during my trip to St Lucia. Super friendly and attentive service – unlike anything else we had experienced on the island! The cocktails were great and the food was even better – everything had great flavor and was freshly made.

I had left my backpack behind after my first visit and the staff had set it aside and communicated it to all shifts to make sure they were aware. Cannot go wrong with this choice.

Very beautiful restaurant. Although we did not have a reservation, we were greeted by a very kind host and seated outdoors immediately. The service was great, but the food was slightly underwhelming. I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan and white it was tasty, I’ve personally had better. Our server was really nice, though he convinced my friend to get a dish that was not on the menu and told her it was similar to the butter chicken she wanted (it was not). She ended up using the sauce from my meal to enjoy hers. At some point, the owner also came over to check in on us which was really nice. Overall, the service was amazing but definitely wasn’t the best Indian food I’ve ever had.
