I love this location especially since it’s close by where I live. They have excellent customer service! Very organized and clean always! I got a hot matcha latte with 6 pumps of vanilla syrup and it tasted ahhhmazing!!! I also bought a breakfast sandwich with bacon, cheese, n egg and oh my god, it was super mouth watering! Would definitely get again. I got a gorgeous Starbucks mug there today, I must say it’s sooo dazzling! I couldn’t resist and bought it, but I am holding myself back from buying all their cute tumblr cups! Gahaha!!! Smells great like a strong coffee smell when you walk inside.

first time I ever used the app. recommended by the store yesterday. I ordered 1 drink and 1 breakfast sandwich. when i get into the line in the drive through, I am 3 cars back. Nobody ever spoke through the drive through. so i proceed to the window. I am handed a bag of stuff, I told the person working this does not seem like its my order. they insist it is. of course its not!!!!!! now starbucks says its 7-14 days to get my money back. I will never be back.

This location seems to occasionally leave the espresso out of the drink I pay extra for. When I say three shots of espresso and pay for it, that should go in the cup. They look at me extra funny on the days that I don’t receive caffeine.
If I have to watch you like a hawk to make sure I get what I pay for – you’re the problem.

I had placed a mobile order of an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso with salted caramel cold foam along with another drink. I had my co worker pick up the order because I was working and couldn’t go. When he arrived at the job, I realized my coffee was made incorrectly. I called the store to let them know. I explained I couldn’t go back right away to fix it because I was working. Which is why I had told my coworker to pick up the order in the first place. The lady who answered was extremely rude, gave me attitude right away. Told me I had to go back right away otherwise they wouldn’t be able to fix it. Didn’t offer me a gift card, like they used to when I’ve had issues at this location. To be honest I didn’t even want a gift card, I wanted my coffee done correctly and that was it. Since I couldn’t go back to get it fixed right away she said not to drink it. So I’m supposed to wait till I’m on my break, to go to the store and get the cold foam I had ordered? This is ridiculous, I’ve been going to this location for years. But with this customer service, I will for sure not go back. Yes it got fixed, I had to send my coworker back, past his break to get it fixed. He even said the lady proceeded to give him attitude. Like if I didn’t pay for my coffee. Y’all need to start paying more attention to who you hire because with type of customer service, you guys will for sure lose more customers.

The service is fast and friendly. I’ve been here a few times. The people seem really nice it’s a historic building for the area. When I was a small child it was a coffee people which should ring a bell for some 🙂 if your Portland later. They’ve really beautifully decorated what used to be a slab of concrete with little accents of flowers here and there. The people are nice and as always the drive-through is fast. I love using the card app. Good job guys.
