My grandson and I come to this Panera restaurant at least once a week, sometimes twice. I usually get the pick two and he gets a bowl of macaroni and cheese. We also buy beverages and bakery items. I prefer to have my chicken for my salad on the side and today they gave me just enough chicken to fill a soufflé cup. Next week. I will go to a different Panera Bread restaurant and write another review because this has never happened. My order total was over $31. I usually get a much larger portion of chicken

By far the best Panera I have been to. The food is amazing and even at the busiest times, the wait is not long. The employees are on point with customer service. I just witnessed a young man tell an older lady that he would bring their order to the table for her and her friend. Every employee I have encountered here has that same customer service ethic. I usually am in here 1-2 times a week. 5 star all the way

This location is smaller than my usual Panera but it was quaint and casual and even though it was fairly busy around lunch time it was still not loud inside. The food was made perfectly to order and the staff were friendly.

It’s been several years since my last Panera visit. This was my first dining experience at the Wickham location. A lot has changed–all (as far as I’m concerned), for the better.
While the menu still retained old favorites, I found many “new” options listed (I am especially excited to see the inclusion of rice bowls!). My go-to, You Pick 2 order remained intact, but I was surprised to see that the Frontega Chicken Panini now held “off menu” status, meaning you had to know of its existence to specially request it. Upon hearing this, I was a bit hesitant to order, wondering if a lack of regular preparation experience would make it less palatable than I remembered. My fears, however, were unfounded. My Frontega Chicken Panini sandwich had more meat, more chipotle mayonnaise, more everything, than ever. Fork-tender chicken, sizzling-sweet mayo, juicy tomato, garden-fresh basil, and zesty onions combined between two toasted slices of panini bread for the best take on the sandwich I have ever had. (I have to give kudos to the staff for being so helpful throughout the process.)
Being a big fan of Asian-inspired dishes, I gave the Thai Soup a try for the first time. Piping-hot, with just a hint of yellow curry for full-bodied warmth, the broth boasted a bouquet of savory and sweet, vegetal and spicy (shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers, edamame, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and lime peel, to name a few ingredients). Served with a soft, crispy-baked baguette for dipping, the soup could be enjoyed long before it was cool enough for a spoonful.
Last, but certainly not least, the Orange Cream Scone provided the final flourish on my warm, savory meal. Just as mouthwatering as I remembered, this hand-crafted confection tasted like a creamsicle in baked form–floury-soft within, candied-shelled without, and melded with shaved orange rind for extra bursts of citrus on the palate.
My dining experience here restored my faith in Panera Bread, and a quick glance at the untasted menu items made me eager to return. I look forward to another delicious luncheon! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My wife and I visited recently. It was lunchtime and the crowd was pretty normal. The order taker was nice and friendly. My wife ordered the pick two that consisted of a Greek salad with chicken and a cup of broccoli cheese soup with a baguette on the side. I got the pick two with a Caesar salad and the smokehouse bbq sandwich. Both of our dishes came with the choice of a baguette, chips or an apple. We both chose the baguette. The food was delicious!

Drive through line is terrible. 20 min waits, even if you have ordered ahead of time. They need to have orders taking longer park in the designated spaces and bring out orders. Very basic drive through operation… smh
