We visited this place after seeing a lot of positive reviews. To our disappointment, this is a very slow service chat place. They have so many items listed on their menu but the person was acting too busy even to take our order. He told us to wait for 5min but never bothered to ask us our order. He served chats to other people who came after us.He even packed a few parcel orders. We were hungry so we ate Panipuri because the lady was kind enough to serve it. Panipuri was ok,masala was bland and pani was average. Later while paying bill, the person who didn’t bother to take our order, had all the time to bill and charge us. We asked for Mirchi Bhaji and he gave single bhaji with some onions and corn flakes. It was 2.5$ and the Bhaji was not hot. There was some weird spice in the mixture and we had our mouth burn after eating it. Definitely not going back after all this weird experiences. I think this place is not for quick bites as service is really slow.

Very average chaat place. Panipuri was just okay. Similar experience with dahi wada. Tomato muntha is similar to bhel but doesn’t taste anything like that. Samosa chaat was the worst. Although, Punugula was really tasty and chutneys were delicious.
It’s a small stall and 2-table setup outside Amaravathi restaurant. Very limited space to even stand and have coupon based order service. Other reviews were really deceiving. There are many way better chaat places in Bay Area.

Indians in trivalley missing cart style chaats can visit Bandiwaala in front of Amaravati restaurant near Pleasanton downtown. They have a variety of street style chaats. We had pani puri, tomato masala, and mango masala. They also have sev puri, egg bonda, mirchi bajji masala. Pani puri was very tasty, but tomato masala and mango masala were a disaster. The murmura was very soggy, and both tasted the same. Visit this place only for pani puri. everything else is mediocre.

Perhaps the only place you will get muntha masala in the bay area. Their bajji muntha masala is awesome! Egg bonda and onion Mirchi bajji are delicious! Awesomeness of street food. Definitely recommend!
Please open a bandiwala in South Bay to spread the joy of street food

We hired Bandiwala recently to host Onsite Chat for my daughter’s Birthday Party. They did an amazing Job and the crowd was so pleased with the service. The Chat served were delicious, fresh and served with a smile . Highly recommend them for your special occasions.

We tried this place today. Ordered pani ouri, masala puri, dahi puri , sev puri and an egg puff
All the dishes they had this masala puri masala as base. My masala puri was too tangy. Way too lemony. The pani puri was really good. The dahi puri and sev puri were okay. The egg puffs was nice and flavorful reminiscent of puffs I’ve had back in the day. But needed it needed to be more crispy. Should try it once.

We catered an event from Bandiwala. The food was amazing, very friendly staff. Their setup for the live chat stand at the event was a big hit! Very gracious portions and reasonable pricing!

I recently tried pani puri and the tomato masala at the Bandiwala chaat (tabla restaurant). What stood out most was the freshness—the puris were crunchy, the ingredients tasted just-made, and the spicy water had just the right kick. Tomato masala was more like a churmuri. It had all the right textures and flavors, loved it. Definitely coming back here.
