This was never a great location, but it continues to get worse. Taco Bell must think I’ll accept any old thing. The food was OK, but here is a list of areas they came up short. Wildly slow employees with bad attitudes, no kiosk receipts, watered down drinks, sticky floors, dirty tables, no small/ med lids, empty hot sauce containers (unless you include stale chips). My 6yr old even watched a dead fly come back to life. Avoid!

We went on 10/27 at around 10pm or so and staff was so nice and friendly. Very polite and quick with my order. Everything was there and organized in the bag. Usually stuff is just thrown in there but tonight it was all so neat! Thanks guys 🙂

The 1 at 40 hwy & 7. I went later in the night. When they took my order everything was fine, then when I got up to the window, she said they didn’t have any rice made and didn’t want to make any. That upset me. I haven’t went back.

Multiple times I’ve been to this Taco Bell before 11am and have been refused items from the breakfast menu. Also, times I have gotten breakfast there, the portions have been smaller than my regular Taco Bell. It’s an alright location, but definitely has some issues with service and items available.

HORRIBLE!
First and foremost I asked for a CHEESE quesadilla (due to being allergic to chicken) and received a CHICKEN quesadilla. I called the store to address my concerns in which I ran into a very rude and unprofessional male employee that showed little to no concern even though this is a LAWSUIT (I myself have years in the food industry). When I asked for his managers info he failed to provide saying it’s giving out personal info but was able to tell me his schedule and when he would be at work, what’s the difference?! When I asked for corporates number he proceeded to tell me that location doesn’t have a corporate number (please make that make sense). I will be pressing a legal issue regarding this matter since it seems to be no concern to Taco Bell or their staff.

Wow, it took so long to get my food, over 30 min easily. Customer service is non existent.
The manager lady was sitting in the lobby and got upset when one of the crew came to ask for help. It’s a Saturday night.

Yes, I was THAT Karen about 10 minutes ago. NO SHAME. I door dash. It’s how I pay my bills. I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A ONE MEAL ORDER. “We’re working on it still. Pull to the front of the store and we’ll bring it out” BUL$#it! I had to pound my first on the lobby door several times just for ‘Raymond’, the “manager” to acknowledge me; what every other employee did NOT do. Pictured are the 2 employees I dealt with from the start. Hecka mad because I had to bang on the door a second time and wait, just for Raymond to saunter over. They forgot the dang drink; which he handed to me like a forced apology. RIDIC…..
