Let’s start by they force a 20% tip then get your order wrong. Paid for a bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon. 2 burger and hash brown meal $40. Don’t go here they force tips and you don’t get what you want. Tried to call just an automated message that runs over and over. No one picks up the phone. Didn’t bother going back just threw away the burger because burgers are disgusting without bacon and went to bed so I could leave Georgia in the morning. Didn’t want to eat here but it was Christmas and the only thing open

I’m sitting in the parking lot about to head to work, this is important. I have just had dinner in the best Waffle House I have ever been in. The folks working were so nice and the cook, wellI was going to ask her to marry me but I just couldn’t get the nerve. All those people staring. Anyways, Everything look new, everything just looked clean. The bottles of sauce didn’t have dried spillage on them. The bathroom was spotless. It’s easy to complain about folks when they screw up. It’s even more important to say when folks get it right, and in this case they all got it right exceptionally so. Stop by in Gainesville. Kitti is worth the drive all by herself.

I ordered a basic breakfast plate to go, but I want to give credit to whoever cooked the frozen biscuit. They have a special talent. Not to mention that all the employees were very nice and welcoming. I did not have to wait to order, and the food was ready right away. Excellent service and food.

The attitudes in this restaurant are horrible. The whole point of a togo order is to get it leave. Server Dana told me to move my car when theres no signs that says no parking in front of store i do not find the attitude cute. Left and will not go back there yes i reported this to corporate. You cant pick and chose who you let pull up and park. Maybe if you was more worried about getting customers out instead of talking then the whole amount of time you wanted to argue about parking i could have gotten my food and left

Horrible, me and my parents walked in and were completely ignored. There was 2 ladies standing right by eachother and did not move to attend anyone there was only one more family and they didn’t have anything either. They were just ignorant.

Food cooked to perfection. Service was excellent, Shy was a very sweet waitress. Nice, clean restaurant. Even the bathroom had been tended to. Easily one of my best Waffle House experiences!

I ordered on line and arrived at the designated pick up time. I waited for over 20 minutes and a walk in order that came in after me was called out to cooks while I was waiting. Asked about my food after 20 and it still wasn’t called out to cooks. Asked for refund and still had to wait 10 more minutes for that to happen. Very poor service and not well organized at all. I may be done with them for good. Losing almost an hour during a work day is not acceptable for anyone I know.
